ok company to do business with , very prompt with requests I have found this company to be genuinely caring of their customers. My only complaint is the charges for Topping up a friends cellphone load is too expensive. And very easy site to use. Cheers

to much drop out This service can be good. But drops out and when you complain they say use star rating for calls. Good to do if on computer. But I use phone. They price has climbed sharply .

Paid for international and got charged on my other phone bill!!!!! Got double charged for long distance by goivevietnam and my cell phone carrier, team mobile. I only call through a local access number to Vietnam and ended up paying $330 for a call made through their access number. The date, May 24th does not show up on GoiveVietnam's call history yet it shows that I was billed for the call on May 24th instead. A customer service rep name Santiago reached out once but now its like pulling teeth to get them to reconcile their end. This should not have happen as I directly make international calls to Vietnam using their access number which I paid for. I am hoping they can reconcile this situation as I have been a loyal and repeated customer. Frankly this is quite scary to think you pre paid for international calls and it shows up on your phone bill as $330.00! To be fair, there was another discrepancy on my Team Mobile phone bill for May 22nd but I have the call and billing history from GoiveVietnam to dispute the international charge for May 22nd through Team Mobile. I am now working on reconciliation for May 24th as there is no call history on GoiveVietnam but only billing history. Again, if this is a legit company someone would reconcile and touch base with me. This problem should be reconciled by Goivevietnam as I was charged by this company on May 24th for the call I made that is on my team mobile phone bill for $330.00. I have emailed more than 10 times on Goivevietnam's website as well as responded back to customer representative Santiago Vargas and yet still no response from this company!

recharge mobile service not reliable attempted recharging my viettel mobile number on a number of occasions. Each time rejected 'due to security' - debit card address mismatch. I'm using UK bank debit card which I've used many times, entering the same address and not encountered any issues with other retailers. Also just tried paypal and it's the same story. stay well clear.
