I have purchased 5 computers from… I have purchased 5 computers from Tek-Replay direct! I have nothing but good things to say about these folks! When purchasing a refurbished product you take chances! and those who do should know this! I buy computers for friends who cannot afford them and give them to the to access the internet, job interviews or for their kids going off to school. At school they will find some geek to do something to jazz it up anyway! But tek -replay has been wonderful! JL, in Gulf Breeze FL!

Be careful with this store Be careful with this store, it sells damaged products and then they are not responsible. I bought a 2016 MacBook m5 for $450, the keyboard didn't work and then the ssd didn't work. As soon as I bought it, I brought it to my country, and then they were not responsible for anything. they stole $450

Warranty I bought a Macbook and within less than 6months it stopped working, it didn't turn on nor charged. When I contacted them about this, they mentioned they only offer a 90-day warranty.

Don't buy from this company Don't buy from this company. Bought a defective laptop from them and they haven't responded at all for a refund request. Buyer beware, they sell defective items on Walmart, Ebay, and their website.

They sold me a 10-year-old refurbished… They sold me a 10-year-old refurbished Mac that was so old that I could not add any of my apps with the system saying this device is too old to run this function! Awful product from an awful company!
