Sent me laptop with international keyboard Sent me a laptop with an international keyboard. When I offered to buy a new one from them with the correct keyboard if they could ensure 2 day delivery for no extra fee they said no. Clearly a joke of a business.

Tekreplay is the worst in customer… Tekreplay is the worst in customer service. I purchased a laptop from walmart not knowing it was coming from Tekreplay. they send me a wrong item which i did not order. to return that product they gave me such a problem asking me to pay the $29 shipping fee. they are not american company and sitting somewhere in a foriegn country dont even understand my problem. walmart was also not very helpful eventhough i bought the laptop from them. I exchanged 7 emails with Tekreplay and they were unhelpful. do not buy from them. they send a return slip was not valid due to the laptop battery. i ended up paying and shipping it via ground to make them go away.

They cancell all orders They cancell all orders, without any explanation or how to avoid this issue. I contacted them after first cancellation and the answer was use the same billing address as shipping address and got the same the problem. Please grow up not all customers are scammers

Be careful with this store Be careful with this store, it sells damaged products and then they are not responsible. I bought a 2016 MacBook m5 for $450, the keyboard didn't work and then the ssd didn't work. As soon as I bought it, I brought it to my country, and then they were not responsible for anything. they stole $450

A total garbage company A total garbage company. I wish I could give them zero stars. I bought a macbook pro from them through Backmarket a while back. Recently, the screen started having issues. I sent it back to them, as there is supposedly a one year warranty. The same day it arrived, I got a message saying that I had damaged it and they refuse to honor the warranty. No questions asked. The funny thing is, the laptop has never left my desk and I don't even as much as eat or drink around it. These people are totally dishonest and unethical. Also still waiting to get my Macbook back from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. EVER!
