Terrible Terrible! Ordered from Walmart. On the way stuck at fed ex with no updates. Called Walmart they contacted Tekreplay sent out my order again . No lie the fed ex driver dropped off a box with a charger box in it. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again .

I bought a computer that kept shutting… I bought a computer that kept shutting down. Refurbished is supposed to mean in working order. The logic board needed to be replaced and cost an additional 222 dollars and now the battery. Tekreplay sells pure garbage and I have the proof reached out did not want to fix the issue.

Tekreplay is the worst in customer… Tekreplay is the worst in customer service. I purchased a laptop from walmart not knowing it was coming from Tekreplay. they send me a wrong item which i did not order. to return that product they gave me such a problem asking me to pay the $29 shipping fee. they are not american company and sitting somewhere in a foriegn country dont even understand my problem. walmart was also not very helpful eventhough i bought the laptop from them. I exchanged 7 emails with Tekreplay and they were unhelpful. do not buy from them. they send a return slip was not valid due to the laptop battery. i ended up paying and shipping it via ground to make them go away.
