I. Am. LIVID I ordered a refurbished iPad 7 from this company and was very excited. When I received the package it was suspiciously light. Upon opening the SEALED box I found only a packing slip and a charging cord. I called BOTH of their customer service numbers and neither of them work, both lines act like theyre going to transfer you to someone and then cut in to the hold music and say "We cant take your call." then they end the line. So, I emailed them. The response they gave me was "It sounds like someone stole it. Print out your invoice and reach out to the police." Let me remind you, reader. The box was SEALED SHUT. It was not stolen unless it was by one of their own employees.

Terrible Terrible! Ordered from Walmart. On the way stuck at fed ex with no updates. Called Walmart they contacted Tekreplay sent out my order again . No lie the fed ex driver dropped off a box with a charger box in it. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again .

I would be leery of apple watches unless they are newer series 7s etc as the older the watch the more there is a likelyhood of a bad battery. I ordered an apple watch and it arrived but after charging it found it would not hold a charge for more than 3 hours. After much ado about nothing and a few threats they accepted the return. I waited a few weeks and ordered another apple watch a series 7 and it is working perfectly. Apparently, the older watches can have bad batteries.

Warranty I bought a Macbook and within less than 6months it stopped working, it didn't turn on nor charged. When I contacted them about this, they mentioned they only offer a 90-day warranty.

Be careful with this store Be careful with this store, it sells damaged products and then they are not responsible. I bought a 2016 MacBook m5 for $450, the keyboard didn't work and then the ssd didn't work. As soon as I bought it, I brought it to my country, and then they were not responsible for anything. they stole $450
