Awful service poor equipment ,purchased… Awful service poor equipment ,purchased a MacBook Pro from These guys the MacBook didn’t last 2 days on the second day it wouldn’t hold charge ..pls don’t buy anything from these guys

I would be leery of apple watches unless they are newer series 7s etc as the older the watch the more there is a likelyhood of a bad battery. I ordered an apple watch and it arrived but after charging it found it would not hold a charge for more than 3 hours. After much ado about nothing and a few threats they accepted the return. I waited a few weeks and ordered another apple watch a series 7 and it is working perfectly. Apparently, the older watches can have bad batteries.

A total garbage company A total garbage company. I wish I could give them zero stars. I bought a macbook pro from them through Backmarket a while back. Recently, the screen started having issues. I sent it back to them, as there is supposedly a one year warranty. The same day it arrived, I got a message saying that I had damaged it and they refuse to honor the warranty. No questions asked. The funny thing is, the laptop has never left my desk and I don't even as much as eat or drink around it. These people are totally dishonest and unethical. Also still waiting to get my Macbook back from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. EVER!

bait and switch I purchased a used ipad pro gen 1 128 gb space gray in very good condition on September 3, 2020 for $294. I received 3 emails from Tek Replay indicating my order was received, processed, and later shipped. The following day, I received an email that the item I ordered failed inspection and my order was cancelled. I called their offices for an explanation and was told the same item was available at Walmart for the same price. However, the product at Walmart was $350. I then searched Tek Replay's website and found the exact same model in the exact same condition as the one I purchased/had cancelled on their website -except the product was now listed $50 more than the one I purchased. The business would not honor the purchase price for the item they cancelled.

Tekreplay is the worst in customer… Tekreplay is the worst in customer service. I purchased a laptop from walmart not knowing it was coming from Tekreplay. they send me a wrong item which i did not order. to return that product they gave me such a problem asking me to pay the $29 shipping fee. they are not american company and sitting somewhere in a foriegn country dont even understand my problem. walmart was also not very helpful eventhough i bought the laptop from them. I exchanged 7 emails with Tekreplay and they were unhelpful. do not buy from them. they send a return slip was not valid due to the laptop battery. i ended up paying and shipping it via ground to make them go away.
