Warranty I bought a Macbook and within less than 6months it stopped working, it didn't turn on nor charged. When I contacted them about this, they mentioned they only offer a 90-day warranty.

I have purchased 5 computers from… I have purchased 5 computers from Tek-Replay direct! I have nothing but good things to say about these folks! When purchasing a refurbished product you take chances! and those who do should know this! I buy computers for friends who cannot afford them and give them to the to access the internet, job interviews or for their kids going off to school. At school they will find some geek to do something to jazz it up anyway! But tek -replay has been wonderful! JL, in Gulf Breeze FL!

They cancell all orders They cancell all orders, without any explanation or how to avoid this issue. I contacted them after first cancellation and the answer was use the same billing address as shipping address and got the same the problem. Please grow up not all customers are scammers

Don't buy from this company Don't buy from this company. Bought a defective laptop from them and they haven't responded at all for a refund request. Buyer beware, they sell defective items on Walmart, Ebay, and their website.
