I called BOTH of their customer service numbers and neither of them work, both lines act like theyre going to transfer you to someone and then cut in to the hold music and say "We cant take your call." then they end the line. So, I emailed them. The response they gave me was "It sounds like someone stole it. Print out your invoice and reach out to the police." Let me remind you, reader. The box was SEALED SHUT. It was not stolen unless it was by one of their own employees.
