bait and switch I purchased a used ipad pro gen 1 128 gb space gray in very good condition on September 3, 2020 for $294. I received 3 emails from Tek Replay indicating my order was received, processed, and later shipped. The following day, I received an email that the item I ordered failed inspection and my order was cancelled. I called their offices for an explanation and was told the same item was available at Walmart for the same price. However, the product at Walmart was $350. I then searched Tek Replay's website and found the exact same model in the exact same condition as the one I purchased/had cancelled on their website -except the product was now listed $50 more than the one I purchased. The business would not honor the purchase price for the item they cancelled.

They sold me a 10-year-old refurbished… They sold me a 10-year-old refurbished Mac that was so old that I could not add any of my apps with the system saying this device is too old to run this function! Awful product from an awful company!

Don't buy from this company Don't buy from this company. Bought a defective laptop from them and they haven't responded at all for a refund request. Buyer beware, they sell defective items on Walmart, Ebay, and their website.

Warranty I bought a Macbook and within less than 6months it stopped working, it didn't turn on nor charged. When I contacted them about this, they mentioned they only offer a 90-day warranty.

I. Am. LIVID I ordered a refurbished iPad 7 from this company and was very excited. When I received the package it was suspiciously light. Upon opening the SEALED box I found only a packing slip and a charging cord. I called BOTH of their customer service numbers and neither of them work, both lines act like theyre going to transfer you to someone and then cut in to the hold music and say "We cant take your call." then they end the line. So, I emailed them. The response they gave me was "It sounds like someone stole it. Print out your invoice and reach out to the police." Let me remind you, reader. The box was SEALED SHUT. It was not stolen unless it was by one of their own employees.
