They sold me a 10-year-old refurbished… They sold me a 10-year-old refurbished Mac that was so old that I could not add any of my apps with the system saying this device is too old to run this function! Awful product from an awful company!

bait and switch I purchased a used ipad pro gen 1 128 gb space gray in very good condition on September 3, 2020 for $294. I received 3 emails from Tek Replay indicating my order was received, processed, and later shipped. The following day, I received an email that the item I ordered failed inspection and my order was cancelled. I called their offices for an explanation and was told the same item was available at Walmart for the same price. However, the product at Walmart was $350. I then searched Tek Replay's website and found the exact same model in the exact same condition as the one I purchased/had cancelled on their website -except the product was now listed $50 more than the one I purchased. The business would not honor the purchase price for the item they cancelled.

A total garbage company A total garbage company. I wish I could give them zero stars. I bought a macbook pro from them through Backmarket a while back. Recently, the screen started having issues. I sent it back to them, as there is supposedly a one year warranty. The same day it arrived, I got a message saying that I had damaged it and they refuse to honor the warranty. No questions asked. The funny thing is, the laptop has never left my desk and I don't even as much as eat or drink around it. These people are totally dishonest and unethical. Also still waiting to get my Macbook back from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. EVER!

I have purchased 5 computers from… I have purchased 5 computers from Tek-Replay direct! I have nothing but good things to say about these folks! When purchasing a refurbished product you take chances! and those who do should know this! I buy computers for friends who cannot afford them and give them to the to access the internet, job interviews or for their kids going off to school. At school they will find some geek to do something to jazz it up anyway! But tek -replay has been wonderful! JL, in Gulf Breeze FL!

I bought a computer that kept shutting… I bought a computer that kept shutting down. Refurbished is supposed to mean in working order. The logic board needed to be replaced and cost an additional 222 dollars and now the battery. Tekreplay sells pure garbage and I have the proof reached out did not want to fix the issue.
