GBI would be leery of apple watches unless they are newer series 7s etc as the older the watch the more there is a likelyhood of a bad battery. I ordered an apple watch and it arrived but after charging it found it would not hold a charge for more than 3 hours. After much ado about nothing and a few threats they accepted the return. I waited a few weeks and ordered another apple watch a series 7 and it is working perfectly. Apparently, the older watches can have bad batteries.

GBI. Am. LIVID I ordered a refurbished iPad 7 from this company and was very excited. When I received the package it was suspiciously light. Upon opening the SEALED box I found only a packing slip and a charging cord. I called BOTH of their customer service numbers and neither of them work, both lines act like theyre going to transfer you to someone and then cut in to the hold music and say "We cant take your call." then they end the line. So, I emailed them. The response they gave me was "It sounds like someone stole it. Print out your invoice and reach out to the police." Let me remind you, reader. The box was SEALED SHUT. It was not stolen unless it was by one of their own employees.

AETekreplay is the worst in customer… Tekreplay is the worst in customer service. I purchased a laptop from walmart not knowing it was coming from Tekreplay. they send me a wrong item which i did not order. to return that product they gave me such a problem asking me to pay the $29 shipping fee. they are not american company and sitting somewhere in a foriegn country dont even understand my problem. walmart was also not very helpful eventhough i bought the laptop from them. I exchanged 7 emails with Tekreplay and they were unhelpful. do not buy from them. they send a return slip was not valid due to the laptop battery. i ended up paying and shipping it via ground to make them go away.

GBThe worst!! If I could give it a negative star, I would. I bought two refurbished 10-year-old MacBooks and unfortunately had to return them and now they’re charging me more to repair it than it was to buy it. They claimed that I cracked it when indeed it came already cracked, but I overlooked it because I bought it refurbished. I asked them for proof of the pre-damage and they had none now they won’t give me my money back. This company is horrible. I suggest that nobody use them I am single mom that was trying to get my kids something nice for Christmas and now I don’t have the $300 To get them anything in its place because I can’t get my money back. What a sad company you are…you will reap what you sow.

GBBought an iPhone 7 that had a defective… Bought an iPhone 7 that had a defective battery and sent it back for an exchange. The replacement unit had a defective screen. Don't waste your time on this company.
