Sent me laptop with international keyboard Sent me a laptop with an international keyboard. When I offered to buy a new one from them with the correct keyboard if they could ensure 2 day delivery for no extra fee they said no. Clearly a joke of a business.

Be careful with this store Be careful with this store, it sells damaged products and then they are not responsible. I bought a 2016 MacBook m5 for $450, the keyboard didn't work and then the ssd didn't work. As soon as I bought it, I brought it to my country, and then they were not responsible for anything. they stole $450

Don't buy from this company Don't buy from this company. Bought a defective laptop from them and they haven't responded at all for a refund request. Buyer beware, they sell defective items on Walmart, Ebay, and their website.

I have purchased 5 computers from… I have purchased 5 computers from Tek-Replay direct! I have nothing but good things to say about these folks! When purchasing a refurbished product you take chances! and those who do should know this! I buy computers for friends who cannot afford them and give them to the to access the internet, job interviews or for their kids going off to school. At school they will find some geek to do something to jazz it up anyway! But tek -replay has been wonderful! JL, in Gulf Breeze FL!

Terrible Terrible! Ordered from Walmart. On the way stuck at fed ex with no updates. Called Walmart they contacted Tekreplay sent out my order again . No lie the fed ex driver dropped off a box with a charger box in it. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again .
