I. Am. LIVID I ordered a refurbished iPad 7 from this company and was very excited. When I received the package it was suspiciously light. Upon opening the SEALED box I found only a packing slip and a charging cord. I called BOTH of their customer service numbers and neither of them work, both lines act like theyre going to transfer you to someone and then cut in to the hold music and say "We cant take your call." then they end the line. So, I emailed them. The response they gave me was "It sounds like someone stole it. Print out your invoice and reach out to the police." Let me remind you, reader. The box was SEALED SHUT. It was not stolen unless it was by one of their own employees.

I bought a 2016 MacBook m5 for $450, the keyboard didn't work and then the ssd didn't work. As soon as I bought it, I brought it to my country, and then they were not responsible for anything. they stole $450

A total garbage company A total garbage company. I wish I could give them zero stars. I bought a macbook pro from them through Backmarket a while back. Recently, the screen started having issues. I sent it back to them, as there is supposedly a one year warranty. The same day it arrived, I got a message saying that I had damaged it and they refuse to honor the warranty. No questions asked. The funny thing is, the laptop has never left my desk and I don't even as much as eat or drink around it. These people are totally dishonest and unethical. Also still waiting to get my Macbook back from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. EVER!

They sent my son a Mac book the screen… They sent my son a Mac book the screen was busted and the sides were cracked now they don’t want to answer there emails or anything so $200 dollars down the drain someone need to stop this company asap
