GBA total garbage company A total garbage company. I wish I could give them zero stars. I bought a macbook pro from them through Backmarket a while back. Recently, the screen started having issues. I sent it back to them, as there is supposedly a one year warranty. The same day it arrived, I got a message saying that I had damaged it and they refuse to honor the warranty. No questions asked. The funny thing is, the laptop has never left my desk and I don't even as much as eat or drink around it. These people are totally dishonest and unethical. Also still waiting to get my Macbook back from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. EVER!

GBWarranty I bought a Macbook and within less than 6months it stopped working, it didn't turn on nor charged. When I contacted them about this, they mentioned they only offer a 90-day warranty.

GBI have purchased 5 computers from… I have purchased 5 computers from Tek-Replay direct! I have nothing but good things to say about these folks! When purchasing a refurbished product you take chances! and those who do should know this! I buy computers for friends who cannot afford them and give them to the to access the internet, job interviews or for their kids going off to school. At school they will find some geek to do something to jazz it up anyway! But tek -replay has been wonderful! JL, in Gulf Breeze FL!

GBI. Am. LIVID I ordered a refurbished iPad 7 from this company and was very excited. When I received the package it was suspiciously light. Upon opening the SEALED box I found only a packing slip and a charging cord. I called BOTH of their customer service numbers and neither of them work, both lines act like theyre going to transfer you to someone and then cut in to the hold music and say "We cant take your call." then they end the line. So, I emailed them. The response they gave me was "It sounds like someone stole it. Print out your invoice and reach out to the police." Let me remind you, reader. The box was SEALED SHUT. It was not stolen unless it was by one of their own employees.
