They sold me a 10-year-old refurbished… They sold me a 10-year-old refurbished Mac that was so old that I could not add any of my apps with the system saying this device is too old to run this function! Awful product from an awful company!

I would be leery of apple watches unless they are newer series 7s etc as the older the watch the more there is a likelyhood of a bad battery. I ordered an apple watch and it arrived but after charging it found it would not hold a charge for more than 3 hours. After much ado about nothing and a few threats they accepted the return. I waited a few weeks and ordered another apple watch a series 7 and it is working perfectly. Apparently, the older watches can have bad batteries.

Sent me laptop with international keyboard Sent me a laptop with an international keyboard. When I offered to buy a new one from them with the correct keyboard if they could ensure 2 day delivery for no extra fee they said no. Clearly a joke of a business.

They cancell all orders They cancell all orders, without any explanation or how to avoid this issue. I contacted them after first cancellation and the answer was use the same billing address as shipping address and got the same the problem. Please grow up not all customers are scammers
