Please Stay Away from This Company One of the worst companies to trust with your scan data file submission and customer service. I have waited more than 2-3 months for issues to be looked at. Customer support is the worst when it comes to getting help with scan data file errors. The inventory management website is okay at best. I had many useful suggestions as an avid user of their website for the past 9 years but none were considered. Their mobile app is so outdated that I'm sure I can design something more useful and practical than what they have created. If you have options for your business case, please save your money and go with another company. This company charges $700+ per annum with a crap customer service. Unfortunately, I have no other option but to stay with them bc there aren't any other companies that can do both inventory management and scan data files. If I did, or if anyone reading this knows of any - please let me know, I would have switched immediately.

Customer service might be ok but to get customer service you will need "LUCK" Back office password need to be changed every 3 months which is a nice thing for security, but in order to do that CStore pro tech need to do it and tech is missing ! Means no one answer the phone there, no one responses to live chat feature, means if you want to add inventory PLU you need luck !!! Want to see what's in stock on hand to order more product and password need to be renewed by them you will need "LUCK" I wish I wouldn't have hooked all my locations to their software. There is no 24/7 customer service or help, if your system crashes on Friday night or after 6 p.m. you are on your own till Monday! Only if you are lucky so good luck !! I have been sitting in front of computer screen for over an hour as I write this review, as much as I pay for their subscription there should be some sort of help in case of emergency but nope, Christmas is not a new holiday they should get their head outta ass and get ppl to help ppl like me or anyone in need of technical help, I will be switching as soon as I come across a company which fits my needs, don't waste your money with this company. Don't get me wrong their techs are smart BUT if you can get a tech when you need one. Wish there was an option to give them minus star !!

Good software but missing some key features I am using this software for more than a year and more i use, more i like it BUT it is missing two key features which everyone would love. 1. It doesn’t allow transaction search by items. For example: if i want to know all the transaction for specific item happened yesterday, i cannot search it. 2. I am not able to know transaction pay methods. So if i am looking at transaction details, it will give me items and total price but there is no way to know whether it was paid cash or credit card. I ask customer support multiple times and all i hear is: we will open ticket and work on it. Same answer since few months now.

software is good but support sucks software is good but support sucks. no one really there to answer. looks like I need to find different vendor soon.
