GBvery nice software and my life very… very nice software and my life very easy by giving me all the business numbers on my tips. plus we can process the payroll,banking,atm ,lotto,foodstamps and many other things with this software. i loveit from the very first day i started using it and now i cant even think to do anything without this software. and their customer service is very good.

GBsoftware is good but support sucks software is good but support sucks. no one really there to answer. looks like I need to find different vendor soon.

GBCStorePro has lots of good options and… CStorePro has lots of good options and very helpful product. But I have some issues: * Application ** There are some issues with live view. The total sales amount is off. *** Support did more tweaks, but the total sales amount is still off *** I found the issue and reported, but I never got response ** Too complicate to use at times (overall features) *** I only use it for inventory, live data, and check print only. ** Better training will be good. Attended a training session, but the trainer was busy supporting a customer with their issues. ** Sorting of the search results will be great to have - for the items especially ** Enter key should act as click on the "Search" button instead of going to the next field ** Report of number items sold by department and item will be great help (by date, month, etc.) ** Print Check - Hard to align print check when print. Print of Logo is difficult ** It fails to sync from POS (Ruby2) at times. ** Some issues with barcode with my existing barcode devices. I replaced with another one. Hope it will work better. * Support ** They can be very hard to get hold of. Also no weekend supports. ** When I talk to them, the issues are normally resolved. ** Sometimes, they said they will call me back as they have to check on something, but I never get callback. Happened 3 or 4 times.

GBCustomer service might be ok but to get customer service you will need "LUCK" Back office password need to be changed every 3 months which is a nice thing for security, but in order to do that CStore pro tech need to do it and tech is missing ! Means no one answer the phone there, no one responses to live chat feature, means if you want to add inventory PLU you need luck !!! Want to see what's in stock on hand to order more product and password need to be renewed by them you will need "LUCK" I wish I wouldn't have hooked all my locations to their software. There is no 24/7 customer service or help, if your system crashes on Friday night or after 6 p.m. you are on your own till Monday! Only if you are lucky so good luck !! I have been sitting in front of computer screen for over an hour as I write this review, as much as I pay for their subscription there should be some sort of help in case of emergency but nope, Christmas is not a new holiday they should get their head outta ass and get ppl to help ppl like me or anyone in need of technical help, I will be switching as soon as I come across a company which fits my needs, don't waste your money with this company. Don't get me wrong their techs are smart BUT if you can get a tech when you need one. Wish there was an option to give them minus star !!
