AU...magical terms of use & purchase we had Jadoo 4 for couple of years...buffering and disappearance of channels is a common occurrence. At the time of purchase they said that it was a one-off payment nothing to pay later. Now, all of a sudden without any prior notice they have stopped streaming to the box and decided to charge their customers $100 per year for the service. Sajid Sohail has decided to change his business model by using a clause in their terms & conditions which (apparently) allows them to make any changes to the initial agreement. Strongly recommend to stay away from SS's Jadoo... さようなら Jadoo

GBAttention new customers do not fall $99… Attention new customers do not fall $99 year end sale, its a fraud campaign to sell left overstock. They took away e-media feature that had 99% of actual streaming content, rest that is offered is just a rubbish. YOU will not find premium streaming channels now just free to air low quality channels that no one sees. Becareful

GBWorst company Worst company Channels not working on the apps. When ring for help advisors dont understand english and what customers telling them. When asking when channels coming back same advise been listening for nearly over 1 year always with technical team,still no channels no movies punjabi channels dont work or hindi.

GBI wish I could give -5 I wish I could give -5. This is such a poor service and ever worse customer support. subscribed on a monthly plan with autopay. every month the service is disconnected. Must call and stay on hold for long time for a rude person to respond. Blames all their short comings on the customer. (you did not register right, your credit card was denied, your bank rejected the transaction !!!). no accountability. very rude. disappointing.
