The Jadoo TV is a complete waste of… The Jadoo TV is a complete waste of time and energy, does load very slowly even though we have highest speed broadband , everything is mixed up , for example after first part it doesn’t show part two , it shows random no , for example it takes twenty minutes to find second part . We spoke to customer service , they said ok we will fix it , two months still not fixed - waste of time and money

My neighbor bought this device and came… My neighbor bought this device and came to know that there are some problem renewing the channels. They offer many authentication steps to just renew the Jadoo device. My suggestion to him is to try with iqstream iptv. I got some good feedback on this. Worst Device Worst Device (Jadoo 5s) Waiting for long but nothing has been fixed then writing here. Live Channels not working. Youtube not working properly. No addition of Movies even removed previously available. Waste of Money.

I wish I could give -5 I wish I could give -5. This is such a poor service and ever worse customer support. subscribed on a monthly plan with autopay. every month the service is disconnected. Must call and stay on hold for long time for a rude person to respond. Blames all their short comings on the customer. (you did not register right, your credit card was denied, your bank rejected the transaction !!!). no accountability. very rude. disappointing.

...magical terms of use & purchase we had Jadoo 4 for couple of years...buffering and disappearance of channels is a common occurrence. At the time of purchase they said that it was a one-off payment nothing to pay later. Now, all of a sudden without any prior notice they have stopped streaming to the box and decided to charge their customers $100 per year for the service. Sajid Sohail has decided to change his business model by using a clause in their terms & conditions which (apparently) allows them to make any changes to the initial agreement. Strongly recommend to stay away from SS's Jadoo... さようなら Jadoo
