Typeform has the potential to be great… Typeform has the potential to be great but unfortunately their continous technical issues with almost weekly down time affect our business in a very harmful way. We've gone all in on their platform so every time they're down, people can't use our product. Typeform also needs to add some very basic features that I've been trying to suggest to them for over a year, but no one in their development team seems to care.

Ridiculous pricing Made a poll on short notice. It accepted 10 responses and then locked out. Was in a mad rush organising an event so paid for an upgrade to get more responses to the next plan level without reading the cost. 500 Euros. Unreal pricing, dodgy business practice. Never using again and advise everyone to stay away.

great customer support and professional quizzes I used type form to create a few quizzes for a work conference and they looked really professional and worked really well. Monica in the billing/ Customer service team is great and worked really fast to fix a tech issue i had.

Timed out, lost all my review input Form flowed well and got to the end OK. Went to take the supporting photo requested, then found all the information had disappeared and I was back to square one. Not happy, as it was quite a detailed review. Maybe being 'timed out' happens across other review sites too, but I've not noticed this before.

Typeform loves scammers Scammers use Typeform to get information. Contacted them to have them removed. Got a very quick response that they are aware of this scam. Checked a week later, form is still online ... Guess the scammer is a paying customer so why remove him. Would never make business with a company that makes business with scammers or is unable to remove fraudulent content ASAP.
