CAFirst phone case broke within a week of… First phone case broke within a week of owning. Second never arrived although I was charged for it. This was 7 months ago. I have sent several emails and have received no response. Very disappointed.

AUThe worst customer experience I have… The worst customer experience I have ever had. I'd ordered from Jelly Cases last year and loved the cover. So I ordered again. 6wks later still no cover, they don't respond to emails nor to Facebook messages. Finally someone replied and told me shipping had lost my order and they'd process a new one. Then again zero communication. So disappointing as I did like my first cover and didn't have an issue then. My advice? Don't order.

GBNo response - No Product - No refund I am still waiting on a refund or the 2 iphone cases ordered on February 8th - I have emailed on March 2nd, March 6, March 13 with no response.

CASame issue as others Same issue as others. Ordered months ago, no shipment. No responses after multiple emails. Will be filing official complaint.
