AUThe worst customer experience I have… The worst customer experience I have ever had. I'd ordered from Jelly Cases last year and loved the cover. So I ordered again. 6wks later still no cover, they don't respond to emails nor to Facebook messages. Finally someone replied and told me shipping had lost my order and they'd process a new one. Then again zero communication. So disappointing as I did like my first cover and didn't have an issue then. My advice? Don't order.

GBSo disappointed… I also wish I would have read the reviews prior to placing my order on 4/11. I have since not received any shipment confirmation or tracking and when I try to check my order status on their site it says the order (#110363) cannot be found. I emailed about an update today but after finding this thread am not hopeful and would like my money back.

CAHorrible Horrible. DO NOT buy. I ordered a phone case, it never came and they won’t refund me. I had to contact my credit card company and cancel my credit card… All this for $25. They responded to my emails when I told them I never received the case, but as soon as I asked about my refund they stopped. Disgusting service

AUScam site I blame myself for not checking the reviews before purchasing :( I’m in the same boat as everyone else it seems - they took my money and didn’t ship out my order. I’ve contacted them multiple times and received no response. I’ve lodged a dispute with my bank and they are looking into it. Do not order from these scammers!!

GBThe order took a month to get here but it finally came I ordered the phone case a month ago. It finally arrived and it is in excellent condition. The customer service personnel that I emailed had been really informative. I wish they would have originally sent an email that there were shipping issues. So I am changing my review from a one star to five stars.
