AUScam site I blame myself for not checking the reviews before purchasing :( I’m in the same boat as everyone else it seems - they took my money and didn’t ship out my order. I’ve contacted them multiple times and received no response. I’ve lodged a dispute with my bank and they are looking into it. Do not order from these scammers!!

AUOrdered months ago Ordered months ago, no update, no product. My son saved his own money to purchase and it's nothing but a complete joke and waste of time. Good lesson for him but so frustrating.

GBAfter three months I have not hear a… After three months I have not heard a single reply or confirmation of order sent. I reached out numerous times with my order number. No reply nor phone case. They took my money though!

GBI am very unhappy with the customer… I am very unhappy with the customer service at jelly cases. The only way to contact them is via email. I ordered my products on 2/16/2024 and emailed them on 3/4/2024. They responded that they will look into my order and will touch base with me. I requested an update on my order on 3/12/2024 since there was no response and until now I have not received any email on their behalf on my order.

GBBIGGEST SCAMMERS!!! If I could rate this bs store a negative I would. I have yet to know if they even will ship my stuff out or not and it has been a month. No one responds EVER to emails or anything and now they've just taken my money!!!
