SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND IF YOU WANT TO STOP THEIR SERVICE, YOU HAVE TO GIVE THEM 100 DAY NOTICE BEFORE YOUR NEXT SERVICE BEGINS!!!....WHAT OTHER COMPANY WOULD REQUIRE THAT? COMPLAIN AGAINST THEM. FILE A BBB COMPLAINT . THEY HAVE PEOPLE THAT CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH AND VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! EVEN THE STUPID CREDIT CARDS COMPANIES WILL NOT HELP YOU REFUND!! AGAIN.....WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!!!

GBBuggy website and unresponsive Buggy website. It’s unresponsive, and slow. I have wasted over 2 hours trying to fill in a job application link sent by an employer and haven’t managed to complete it yet. The text boxes automatically switch to different ones while typing making it harder to enter details. It used 100% of the CPU (11gen i5) and the memory usage on chrome was over 4000mb). I had to start over and over again which frustrated me a lot. I can’t even use an alternative as the job application uses sign easy as their default application. It’s really annoying.

GBUnbelievably buggy and time wasting… Unbelievably buggy and time wasting form. Sent a link from a dentist to fill in a form with my details, its ridiculously buggy, click is barely responsive, it jumps around the screen and tab button to jump between fields doesn't work. Seriously dunno why they don't just use a blank PDF. Am using Google Chrome and the form is hosted on their website and so its no a local issue at my end. Wouldn't recommend using their tool for your business until they've probably debugged it as it could well cost you customers or at least annoy them unnecessarily!

GBCan't sign up for API access - gone elsewhere I've been trying to sign up for their API service since last week. No-one replies to the messages I send in their system, and emails to them bounce. Shame as the platform looks decent but I'm going elsewhere now.

GBWorst Customer Service ruins their product. This company has a good product utterly ruined by disgraceful customer service. Covid19 is NOT an excuse (this seems to be used as an excuse by a number of companies these days). I have written to SignEasy a number of times about this. I was informed that I needed to update my card details. Sure, not a problem except the instructions that I was given did not match in any way the information I had on my account screen. This I duly informed and took a screenshot to SignEasy. Instead of reading what I had said SignEasy responded with a repeat email and the same advice. I wrote yet again to tell them READ my email. The instructions do not match what I have displayed on my account - there is no way to update my card details etc etc. What SignEasy did then was ignore my communications and cancelled my account despite my communicating with them the issue. So without even consulting with me and replying to my emails they cancelled my account! Of course either they ignored or simply did not want to solve the problem because they know very well that they have made a mistake and are incapable of customer service. Frankly I think that SignEasy is disgraceful regarding customer service. Especially in these difficult times of business seeking new customers or retaining old customers. I have been a customer of SignEasy for over a year and more. Their product is good but ruined by their attitude. Of course I simply downloaded all my files as a precaution and will now take my business to a digital signing company that have better care for their customers. No problem from my point of view. SignEasy need to sort their attitude out and perhaps be more respectful of their customers.
