GBIt was all good and suddenly became… It was all good and suddenly became cumbersome to put the email address in. Plus the mail goes with too many jargon. Simplicity is what makes one app stand out over others. Go back to simplicity or we will go out to shop.

GBI don’t know how it could be easier… I don’t know how it could be easier with electronic signatures! Any e-document (MS WORD, EXCEL, or PDF) will work and signature is saved and scaleable to each document signed. I don’t know how it could be easier!!!

GBThey messed up the emailing portion of… They messed up the emailing portion of the app. Now it’s cumbersome. Used to be great. Makes the whole process arduous when it used to be easy. Needs to be called “signarduous” now until they fix it. I sent them detailed complaint and info they just didn’t get it nor seem to use their own app. Oh well...

GBAs somebody who runs a busy Coronial… As somebody who runs a busy Coronial jurisdiction in a rural area I could not operate in a timeous manner without the use of SignEasy for relevant forms to be signed and sent out as required. GBWorst Customer Service ruins their product. This company has a good product utterly ruined by disgraceful customer service. Covid19 is NOT an excuse (this seems to be used as an excuse by a number of companies these days). I have written to SignEasy a number of times about this. I was informed that I needed to update my card details. Sure, not a problem except the instructions that I was given did not match in any way the information I had on my account screen. This I duly informed and took a screenshot to SignEasy. Instead of reading what I had said SignEasy responded with a repeat email and the same advice. I wrote yet again to tell them READ my email. The instructions do not match what I have displayed on my account - there is no way to update my card details etc etc. What SignEasy did then was ignore my communications and cancelled my account despite my communicating with them the issue. So without even consulting with me and replying to my emails they cancelled my account! Of course either they ignored or simply did not want to solve the problem because they know very well that they have made a mistake and are incapable of customer service. Frankly I think that SignEasy is disgraceful regarding customer service. Especially in these difficult times of business seeking new customers or retaining old customers. I have been a customer of SignEasy for over a year and more. Their product is good but ruined by their attitude. Of course I simply downloaded all my files as a precaution and will now take my business to a digital signing company that have better care for their customers. No problem from my point of view. SignEasy need to sort their attitude out and perhaps be more respectful of their customers.
