Scam Downloaded trial had trouble activating until 7 day trial was up then charged for full year. No phone # tried Emailing no response. Did receive a message subscription cancelled which I did not do. emailed asking when I would receive a refund they emailed back how they want to help me and I emailed back I did not cancel then, but am now and want a refund since it was in the 60 day period no response. Do not deal with this company

Don't Use! Absolute Scam, many people will tell you Don't Use! Absolute Scam, many people will tell you this fact. I used this product and it made my computer worse. I emailed them several times since there's phone number and they never responded. Fortunately I used paypal and even-though they don't usually refund on digital media, software, they refunded my money. Thank goodness but my computer is much worse.

Super shady I had a client bring me their computer where all their data has been lost. It was loaded with spyware. Definitely do not use this software.if you have used it software and you found this review afterwards notify your bank or credit card and get your money back Good luck.

I ordered the trial for $5.99 I ordered the trial for $5.99. The product code did not activate the software, in which I tried several times. When I went to the support site it hade no contact information and no resource to solve the problem. The only action this company took was to debit my checking account. No access to customer service. A complete fraud? It certainly appears to be....

SCREWED THIS PROGRAM ABSOLUTELY SUCKS i PAID FOR IT. GOT MY KEY AND THEY KEEP SAYING IT'S INVALID... I AM SO TIRED OF BEING SCREWED BY MICROSOFT AND ALL THEIR QUIRKY LITTLE BUDDIES. FUNNY WHEN YOU BELIEVE IN A COMPANY AND BELIEVE THEY HAVE YOUR BACK. I HAVE TOTALLY REMOVED THIS PROGRAM AND REPORTING THEM. I DONT RECOMMEND USING THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED TOO.
