Bad Experience From This Platform I'm not sure why this community, particularly the Admin of 𝗙𝗜𝗫𝗬𝗔, would trash someone and accuse her of being an AI bot when her only aim was to express her thoughts for the benefit of others who needed assistance. I've also had experiences with people claiming to be experts; for example, there's this man named Larry Ng who is a car know-it-all, but when I offer someone my opinion on an issue I know, he dismisses it and labels me someone who doesn't know anything simply because he's a MECHANIC. Essentially, this is a forum for those who do not want you to voice your thoughts on specific issues because they do not want you to shine. Never attempt to join this community. Better go to Quora if you need help!

The site administration for fixya.com … The site administration for fixya.com which is Andrew Taylor and Eric and John Snell and Larry NG are all rude and are being rude to the other people that answer questions on that website too for fixya.com.

Generic response for Auto issues FIXYA? Really? Get a new name They charge a $1 fee upfront. For what I don't know. And $34 for the month with automatic billing. For automotive inquiries, they provide causes of listed codes that you the customer provide - along with some troubleshooting tips- the same you'll get at Advanced Auto. To a novice car owner, this may seem like a lot. It's very basic. Save your money

I was a fixya contributor for over 6… I was a fixya contributor for over 6 years. I complained about not being able to "ignore" spammers and their posts. I am now unable to post on ANYTHING! ..I can read but never comment! ... FIXYA is now a spam site IMO!

Someone doesn't want some issues fixed Seems someone doesn't want some issues fixed. I posted a way to give Yahoo mail users a simple way to change their display language via the address bar and the question and answers were deleted. The problem started in 2012 and continued to 2018 unresolved. I thought I'd share my fix and put the issue to rest -- and now it's been inexplicably swept under the rug.
