Bad Experience From This Platform I'm not sure why this community, particularly the Admin of š—™š—œš—«š—¬š—”, would trash someone and accuse her of being an AI bot when her only aim was to express her thoughts for the benefit of others who needed assistance. I've also had experiences with people claiming to be experts; for example, there's this man named Larry Ng who is a car know-it-all, but when I offer someone my opinion on an issue I know, he dismisses it and labels me someone who doesn't know anything simply because he's a MECHANIC. Essentially, this is a forum for those who do not want you to voice your thoughts on specific issues because they do not want you to shine. Never attempt to join this community. Better go to Quora if you need help!

Generic response for Auto issues FIXYA? Really? Get a new name They charge a $1 fee upfront. For what I don't know. And $34 for the month with automatic billing. For automotive inquiries, they provide causes of listed codes that you the customer provide - along with some troubleshooting tips- the same you'll get at Advanced Auto. To a novice car owner, this may seem like a lot. It's very basic. Save your money

I called Sling for support they sent to 6ya I called Sling for support, Sling said they would have a tech expert call me and sent me to a website to set up the call, they (sling or 6ya) asked for my cc info to verify my identity. I thought that was weird and should have known better, but I wanted my tv to work. I then got an email from Tyler saying that his call didn't go through and I need to turn off my spam blocking. Later I got an email that said my problem was resolved and then an email invoice for my 14.99 subscription charged to my credit card. They did not resolve my issue, they never talked to me. Of course their is no unsubcribe on their emails.

Fixya or 6ya Fixya or 6ya. They're the same. Posted question on Fixya over 2 years ago. Only "answer" was link to 6ya who wanted to sell subscription before looking at question to see if they actually had answer. Not trustworthy. Fixya gets around their statement of not charging for answers by referring customers to 6ya. Question has been listed as "Solved" but that "solution" was the reference to 6ya.
