Terrible and bad and poor site… Terrible and bad and poor site management and awful site administration too then on fixya.com as well.

Saved me $300 - what a great site! my dishwasher stopped working and after I made a few phone calls to a bunch of local repairmen, most wanted $60 just to come to my house and estimated the total repair would be around $250. I googled the problem and landed on fixya and saw several similar issues. I decided to post my specific question and within 15 minutes got an answer. All I had to do is reset the pump valve and since then it works like magic! Thanks Fixya, you saved my day (and bank account:)

Either sketchy or out of business I posted a question even though the interface was weird, said simultaneously my question was too long and not long enough. Then I got an email saying my question was posted. Now when I click on the link it says "404 - File or directory not found" so I think maybe this company is no longer in business. Glad I didn't pay anything but jeez take down the website please.

I called Sling for support they sent to 6ya I called Sling for support, Sling said they would have a tech expert call me and sent me to a website to set up the call, they (sling or 6ya) asked for my cc info to verify my identity. I thought that was weird and should have known better, but I wanted my tv to work. I then got an email from Tyler saying that his call didn't go through and I need to turn off my spam blocking. Later I got an email that said my problem was resolved and then an email invoice for my 14.99 subscription charged to my credit card. They did not resolve my issue, they never talked to me. Of course their is no unsubcribe on their emails.

Very poor information available from… Very poor information available from Fixya . Much better answers to my DIY repair questions almost everywhere else on the internet. I now NEVER go to FIXYA.
