GBWe should start a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT !!! 04/24/2024 McAfee is a poorly ran company and their product is trash. Once I downloaded the product onto my computer, my computer malfunctioned and has been ever since. I’ve been through the trouble shooting phase with their tech on numerous occassions-no relief. I phoned this company and cancelled my subscription ; they reimbursed me $54 but within the same 24 hours, they debited my account $95…why???? A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT NEEDS TO BE FILED AGAINST THIS COMPANY.

GBA step too far - bereaved family I phoned to cancel my dad's account as he died two weeks ago. The agent tells me that his computer might become infected. They wanted to leave it to renew. I'd said multiple times that I wanted to cancel. What type of company tries the hard sell on a bereaved family member?

GBSubscription con scam company !! Mcafee or similar names they use or change to are ripping people off .if they have previously got payment they can take each year as they some how get your new long card number from your bank ? I question this as I never gave my bank permission to give these new details & got 5 years back that I never even realised had left my account. Macfee I don't trust won't ever use . Don't really want to give one star

GBMcAfee Live Safe Stops You Working! McAfee are more interested in advertising all the things that should be included in the package than providing a good service. They do this with constant pop ups that pull focus away from what I'm trying to do with my PC, this interupts my workflow several times a day. I used to be a happy customer but since they've started using the application I actually pay for as an advertising platform that interupts my work I've stopped auto renew and will find another provider.

GBThis company is a joke and discriminates against USA This company is a joke! We installed a protection program on several of our computers and started having problems. Our IT dept looked into it and McAfee was using 60% of the memory on our computers. When we called customer support to cancel and get a refund, as we still had 6 months left, we were told they did not refund customers from the USA only the UK.
