Once I downloaded the product onto my computer, my computer malfunctioned and has been ever since. I’ve been through the trouble shooting phase with their tech on numerous occassions-no relief. I phoned this company and cancelled my subscription ; they reimbursed me $54 but within the same 24 hours, they debited my account $95…why???? A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT NEEDS TO BE FILED AGAINST THIS COMPANY.

STOP HIJACKING MY BROWSER I am a long time customer and have no interest in finding different antivirus software, but it is beyond me how a company can hijack your search engine in chrome and not have a setting that makes it easy to turn that off. DO BETTER MCAFEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS SO ANNOYING THAT EVERY TIME I CLOSE CHROME YOU TAKE OVER MY SEARCH ENGINE! If you are considering using McAfee, just be mindful that they will do this every single time you close Chrome.

A literal scam. A literal scam. Took my money but my account shows no subscriptions and no option to download it to my computer. The video instructions do not reflect the options I have on my account. Now no one will answer the phone and I can't request a refund because you need it show an active subscription to do that. But they definitely took my money and sent an email confirmation. What a joke and a scam. Steer WELL clear of McAfee.
