My subscriptions are close to renewal, as I opted out of auto renewal and auto renewal of microsft 365 I have been locked out of using microsoft products. A step too far - bereaved family I phoned to cancel my dad's account as he died two weeks ago. The agent tells me that his computer might become infected. They wanted to leave it to renew. I'd said multiple times that I wanted to cancel. What type of company tries the hard sell on a bereaved family member?
