GBMcAfee Live Safe Stops You Working! McAfee are more interested in advertising all the things that should be included in the package than providing a good service. They do this with constant pop ups that pull focus away from what I'm trying to do with my PC, this interupts my workflow several times a day. I used to be a happy customer but since they've started using the application I actually pay for as an advertising platform that interupts my work I've stopped auto renew and will find another provider.

GBToday I recieved an email fom someone… Today I recieved an email fom someone called Maria Gardener ,thanking me formy order with McAfee [who i have never even heard of , and stating the ORDER NUMBER , ETC and the amount would be $658.00.There is a telephone number to contact them in the USA , I do not live in the US., and have NEVER ordered from them .How have theyeven got my email address ? A friend informed me it is a scam , and to not get in touch with them . Has anyone else ever recieved emails from this company ?

GBThis company is a joke and discriminates against USA This company is a joke! We installed a protection program on several of our computers and started having problems. Our IT dept looked into it and McAfee was using 60% of the memory on our computers. When we called customer support to cancel and get a refund, as we still had 6 months left, we were told they did not refund customers from the USA only the UK.

GBWhat a sham and disgrace Worst company I have ever dealt with. My subscriptions are close to renewal, as I opted out of auto renewal and auto renewal of microsft 365 I have been locked out of using microsoft products. Plesase do not buy these products together, they run a monopoly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GBI keep getting a message on my… I keep getting a message on my Chromebook that APPEARS to be coming from McAfee that says my PC is infected with 5 viruses and that my subscription has expired. Well, this is awfully strange given the fact that I renewed my subscription earlier this month and saved the email! I called their customer service department and the quality of service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! The first person I spoke to had a thick foreign accent, probably either Indian or Pakistani. I had to repeat my email address to her NO LESS THAN 3 TIMES and she still got it wrong! I asked to speak to someone else there and she said I couldn't do that. She finally transferred me to one of their "technical support" people who had an even thicker accent! He proceeded to tell me to download what were, according to him, the WRONG PROGRAMS that are used to remote into my computer. What's even worse was the way he tried to make it look like it was MY FAULT after I had downloaded the programs HE TOLD ME TO DOWNLOAD!!! He started with his "I'm sorry" you downloaded the wrong program speil and I hung up on him. McAfee is really scraping the bottom of the barrel with these people!!!!!!!
