Terrible Terrible. Cancelling subscription very difficult to do. UK call centre is a mix of accusing questions of 'so your willing to not even protect any of your devices?' plus more upsell of product. For what should be 1 button click is 15 minutes of pain.

This company is a joke and discriminates against USA This company is a joke! We installed a protection program on several of our computers and started having problems. Our IT dept looked into it and McAfee was using 60% of the memory on our computers. When we called customer support to cancel and get a refund, as we still had 6 months left, we were told they did not refund customers from the USA only the UK.

A step too far - bereaved family I phoned to cancel my dad's account as he died two weeks ago. The agent tells me that his computer might become infected. They wanted to leave it to renew. I'd said multiple times that I wanted to cancel. What type of company tries the hard sell on a bereaved family member?

The video instructions do not reflect the options I have on my account. Now no one will answer the phone and I can't request a refund because you need it show an active subscription to do that. But they definitely took my money and sent an email confirmation. What a joke and a scam. Steer WELL clear of McAfee.
