This company is a joke and discriminates against USA This company is a joke! We installed a protection program on several of our computers and started having problems. Our IT dept looked into it and McAfee was using 60% of the memory on our computers. When we called customer support to cancel and get a refund, as we still had 6 months left, we were told they did not refund customers from the USA only the UK.

McAfee is a Corrupt Virus! McAfee is a Corrupt Virus!! A SCAM!! I would like to hear from others - to HELP ME STOP McAfee!! Ten years ago, I purchased McAfee Total Protection. It was offerred free on multiple devices - I was guliable into believe their independent reviews. But it is an infection disease!!! Four years ago, I purchased Norton - rated a preferred SW Protection. To date, minimal number of viruses have infected Apple Macs - so this too is probably unnecessary. But even though I have dozens of emails from McAfee about my subscription expiring. cancellation - McAfee has billed my AmEX over $170/ per year. I reached out to AMEX - but said I need McAfee to cancel. So, I even had to Cancelled AMEX! I tried to delete all McAfee off "all devices" - but now, I get Pop Ups from Mc Afee to access my System Security and requesting I unlock such to them! FU McAfee!! Ever 30 sec. another McAfee Pop-up and my Apple System Security Pops Up.. It makes my IMAC unuseable!! I have purged all McAfee files; I "unistalled" all McAfee - yet the 30 sec McAfee pop-ups continue!! Yet, in the Pop-up; it says it cannot be uninstalled - as it self-opens. I HATE McAfee!

Bloody fraudsters Bloody fraudsters! Processed a chargeback for the subscription I was charged fraudulently. Now trying to dispute the chargeback! Having initially told me they would process a refund and then being sly when asked for the outcome!

Subscription con scam company !! Mcafee or similar names they use or change to are ripping people off .if they have previously got payment they can take each year as they some how get your new long card number from your bank ? I question this as I never gave my bank permission to give these new details & got 5 years back that I never even realised had left my account. Macfee I don't trust won't ever use . Don't really want to give one star

Today I recieved an email fom someone… Today I recieved an email fom someone called Maria Gardener ,thanking me formy order with McAfee [who i have never even heard of , and stating the ORDER NUMBER , ETC and the amount would be $658.00.There is a telephone number to contact them in the USA , I do not live in the US., and have NEVER ordered from them .How have theyeven got my email address ? A friend informed me it is a scam , and to not get in touch with them . Has anyone else ever recieved emails from this company ?
