Patient and Awesome This was complicated simply because we had two senior citizens on it. Took multiple attempts to even get everyone on at the same time. Even with that, we still had to talk my mom through the camera usage and taking a picture of her DL. You can imagine the challenge and frustration (on my part); but our lady, was amazingly patient. If we didn’t need this document notarized like yesterday, I would have genuinely given up. Thanks you Ms. Cortez(I think) for your patience. My siblings owe me (for life) on this one.

Very professional and friendly,took… Very professional and friendly,took extra steps to ensure conversation audio was improved by calling my cell phone to backup poor headphone quality. Another company refused to do that and abruptly cancelled the session telling me to try again in 24 hours. I was impressed with how quick and easy the process was.
