GBPatient and Awesome This was complicated simply because we had two senior citizens on it. Took multiple attempts to even get everyone on at the same time. Even with that, we still had to talk my mom through the camera usage and taking a picture of her DL. You can imagine the challenge and frustration (on my part); but our lady, was amazingly patient. If we didn’t need this document notarized like yesterday, I would have genuinely given up. Thanks you Ms. Cortez(I think) for your patience. My siblings owe me (for life) on this one.

JPI was told that the signer's photo ID… I was told that the signer's photo ID is required and last 4 digits of SSN as well. Both were not asked to show. Though it depends on a notary who takes care of the session, it is important to make people to use the service feel comfortable.
