Great customer service and really useful platform We've been using UQR for a couple of years and have found it a really helpful platform to keep track of our QR codes and monitor performance. quick and professional response I was used to logging in using a username and password, and today, after about two years of not logging in to my account, I found out that they changed the login methods to email and password. And I had no idea which of my emails I used to sign up. I sent a message in the help center and a representative named Franco helped me locate my email within 2 minutes. The sign of a champion is not what they do when winning but how they handle losing and what they do about it. My particular install for white-labling was difficult and support stayed with me till we succeded.
