CAI a happy to report that the support… I am happy to report that the support given to me has been top shelf. The sign of a champion is not what they do when winning but how they handle losing and what they do about it. My particular install for white-labling was difficult and support stayed with me till we succeded.

GBIssue quickly resolved, give Paula a raise! Paula was knowledgable, very helpful, and on top of the situation. She quickly resolved my issue. I think the auto-message that a reply is typically quickly made within minutes could be updated, as it took about 30 or so minutes to talk to someone, but that's pretty nitpicky. I'm happy my issue was resolved and resolved quickly.
