GBIssue quickly resolved, give Paula a raise! Paula was knowledgable, very helpful, and on top of the situation. She quickly resolved my issue. I think the auto-message that a reply is typically quickly made within minutes could be updated, as it took about 30 or so minutes to talk to someone, but that's pretty nitpicky. I'm happy my issue was resolved and resolved quickly.
