I used the personal account as a test site to see how the public received the mailing I sent over the holidays. Thus out of 300 sent, six responded and interacted with the QR code. I think the auto-message that a reply is typically quickly made within minutes could be updated, as it took about 30 or so minutes to talk to someone, but that's pretty nitpicky. I'm happy my issue was resolved and resolved quickly.
