Issue quickly resolved, give Paula a raise! Paula was knowledgable, very helpful, and on top of the situation. She quickly resolved my issue. I think the auto-message that a reply is typically quickly made within minutes could be updated, as it took about 30 or so minutes to talk to someone, but that's pretty nitpicky. I'm happy my issue was resolved and resolved quickly.

Great customer service and really useful platform We've been using UQR for a couple of years and have found it a really helpful platform to keep track of our QR codes and monitor performance.
