GBLucas Helped me troubleshoot where my… Lucas Helped me troubleshoot where my QR code was and how to see the statistics. I had two accounts, one from work and one from personal. I used the personal account as a test site to see how the public received the mailing I sent over the holidays. Thus out of 300 sent, six responded and interacted with the QR code. GBIssue quickly resolved, give Paula a raise! Paula was knowledgable, very helpful, and on top of the situation. She quickly resolved my issue. I think the auto-message that a reply is typically quickly made within minutes could be updated, as it took about 30 or so minutes to talk to someone, but that's pretty nitpicky. I'm happy my issue was resolved and resolved quickly.
