ILquick and professional response I was used to logging in using a username and password, and today, after about two years of not logging in to my account, I found out that they changed the login methods to email and password. And I had no idea which of my emails I used to sign up. I sent a message in the help center and a representative named Franco helped me locate my email within 2 minutes. GBIssue quickly resolved, give Paula a raise! Paula was knowledgable, very helpful, and on top of the situation. She quickly resolved my issue. I think the auto-message that a reply is typically quickly made within minutes could be updated, as it took about 30 or so minutes to talk to someone, but that's pretty nitpicky. I'm happy my issue was resolved and resolved quickly.
