I used the personal account as a test site to see how the public received the mailing I sent over the holidays. Thus out of 300 sent, six responded and interacted with the QR code. I think the auto-message that a reply is typically quickly made within minutes could be updated, as it took about 30 or so minutes to talk to someone, but that's pretty nitpicky.
