ILquick and professional response I was used to logging in using a username and password, and today, after about two years of not logging in to my account, I found out that they changed the login methods to email and password. And I had no idea which of my emails I used to sign up. I sent a message in the help center and a representative named Franco helped me locate my email within 2 minutes. GBBrilliant service Brilliant service, allows you to keep the same QR code but change the forwarding URL perfect for things like Newsletters (this is what we use it for in our school, we have one QR code and the newsletter changes each week). Their customer service is second to none and i would highly recommend them. We are a school in the NW of England, UK.
