On MediaServe you are not "a number" when you ask for support, but a person. I became a MediaServe´s customer on 2012. Along these 10 years, monthly fee has remained the same. No price changes for a decade!

MediaServe is fine if you have a basic… MediaServe is fine if you have a basic understanding of what you are doing. The price is certainly reasonable. There are many on site tools, but I never had the occasion to use them. Far more is available than my simple site requires. The couple of times I used customer service they were prompt and helpful.
