Smooth! Made the process understandable for a beginner and love the extra tools they give to promote your podcast. I tried a lot of different things, with Buzzsprout I finally was able to publish podcasts!

I can't imagine a better podcast hosting site- All the folks at buzzsprout have been so helpful and kind- they never have said I'm stupid, even if my issue may be easily fixed, they're happy to help. And SO fast to respond! And generous- I was able to attend an important convention thanks to Buzzsprout ❤️ so grateful to get to work with them!

A very personable, knowledable and helpful staff. My experience began with Buzzsprout tutorial's I found on YouTube. It seemed like quite a few of the members of the team were pitching in and creating videos to help with all the various aspects of podcasting. I learned a lot through them, and actually have not really changed any of my recording setup and who I edit my podcast with. It all has worked great, and it all came through the information I got from the YouTube videos Buzzsprout posted regarding starting a podcast. I also noticed that there were a number of people on YouTube that had gone out of their way to recommend Buzzsprout and I found that Buzzsprout always ranked high in any listing of podcast hosting sites.

Great service We've been using Buzzsprout for three years and we're very happy with the service. Perhaps the only disadvantage I see is that if you don't use all your allotted time one month you lose it, even if you need it the following month, which means that you actually have to pay extra for the same service. That being said, prices do seem reasonable, so it's not a big inconvenience.

Good customer service Good customer service. Affordable prices. Great reach. Easy to use. Useful analytics. But could provide more useful options for podcast monetization.
