A very personable, knowledable and helpful staff. My experience began with Buzzsprout tutorial's I found on YouTube. It seemed like quite a few of the members of the team were pitching in and creating videos to help with all the various aspects of podcasting. I learned a lot through them, and actually have not really changed any of my recording setup and who I edit my podcast with. It all has worked great, and it all came through the information I got from the YouTube videos Buzzsprout posted regarding starting a podcast. I also noticed that there were a number of people on YouTube that had gone out of their way to recommend Buzzsprout and I found that Buzzsprout always ranked high in any listing of podcast hosting sites.
