Support Support, when needed is always there and go the extra mile. I had a glitch installing MS Office 2019, certain I started it by misreading one of the cues and it hung the installation at the activation stage. A new computer had a pre-installed 360 which I did not want but my removal did not clean it completely out. Support found and repaired the install, then I could complete activation.
