Office keys fail recently I purchase frequently here and it used to be a good source for our small business to purchase Office licenses. More recently, however, (last year+) the key codes fail both the internet and phone activation (which is a huge time-waster, but we have to jump through that hoop before they will do anything) and I have to get them to get me a new key code, which then usually works.

Above and beyond the call of duty! My installation had a license that just *refused* to be upgraded. The technician I worked with over two weeks helped me hammer on it every way possible until we got the success that the new license I had bought promised. Above and beyond the call of duty.

I was unsure but am now a fan I was unsure when deciding to purchase from Recycled Software as the prices seemed too good to be true but I couldnt find any bad press about them so decided to take a chance and am so glad that I did.
