GBSMTP2Go has been a lifesaver for… SMTP2Go has been a lifesaver for setting up copiers and AIO printers to send scanned emails. I started with the free version and used one of my smaller clients. The services worked so well, and we now have the paid version, and all of my clients are sending scans with no problems. The smtp2go website activity is my go-to to see real-time client mail flow to see any errors or delays. I have been pleased with the few times I contacted support for the fast response and resolutions—excellent product/service.

GBMaking Email Notifications Easy SMTP2Go helps make email deliverability for goofy old devices so much easier. With modern email platforms adding additional layers of security (as they should) normal business operations like scan to email or email notifications can be left to the wayside. SMTP2Go makes it a breeze to setup the scan to email with handy guides and easy to understand reporting for troubleshooting. And when you get stuck, you get someone who lives, breathes, eats, and dreams about email to troubleshoot. They make magic happen.

GBScan to Email after Exchange Migration I was struggling with a migration from Legacy POP3 to Exchange email service. While the email move was good the behavior of some printers wasn’t. Finding and getting valuable help from SMTP2GO was fabulous and solved the problem. My supported company needed to continue to use a “Scan to Email” feature that was working fine before the migration. Afterward it simply stopped working. The printer vendor and the exchange vendor provided limited and misdirected support over a period of days!? That “support” did not solve the problem. While Googling the topic “Problems with ‘Scan to Email’ after migration to Exchange”, I read a number of recommendations that I had already tried, but one comment caught my eye: “If all else fails go to SMTP2GO”. That did it for me!! I went to the SMTP2GO.com site and chatted online with their support. I was greeted by an amazing support woman (Maria), who was incredibly knowledgeable of all aspects of their Email Support and understood my problem and its solution. She was familiar with the “Scan to Email” technology and was also familiar with the Printer Vendor AND Exchange Vendor. She reviewed my screenshots of the Printer Programming for this function and then provided me instructions specific for my Printer and Exchange Vendor to solve the problem. This was new territory for me and she even (very patiently) stayed on the chat session with me for all the time needed to review, edit and save the corrections. This was the best support interaction I think I have ever had. And after reading other reviews on this site, I knew for certain that I had come to the right place with SMTP2GO!! As a side note: my function requires very limited email communications such that the Free Plan is good enough! If our count of scan-emails exceeds 1000, the next plan (10,000) only costs $10 per month!!
