Super nice Costumer Help, Very helpful service. My experience has been great other than Recently When all of my posts got deleted! I really thing It would be VERY helpful to have an undo button for this action but customer help was super helpful and great!

I kinda hate this app I kinda hate this app/ web, my teacher in the past sent me a link to a padlet board for me to use. At the beginning it was alright but i later realized that when you go onto another devise you can't edit posts you made on the last devise this mean i have multiple of the same thing with only slightly different things on them. Now that Ive been looking online for reason for this i realised that it is because i havent been able to login when working on it. I have tried to work out a way to fix this and i can't.

Lost account I reached out to customer service because my account got deleted/ lost when I switched emails. Aly was quick to respond and quick to help solve the issue. Before she did this though, she had me verify information on my Padlet for security/ privacy.

One of the best sites I've ever come across. Honestly one of the best sites that I've ever come across. Padlet is such a structured website that you can use with so many things its actually insane. As a student who discovered this site in middle school padlet has helped me structure essays for school, do presentations, etc. It's a truly great site not only for school but also to connect with other people around the world. ( also the customer service is literally amazing. they truly do their best to keep the site safe and secure)

I had a wonderful response from the… I had a wonderful response from the Padlet support person, Carla, when I recently discovered that I was still paying for Padlet. I inadvertantly missed cancelling my subscription when I retired from teaching a while ago. Since I was unable to cancel it myself (due to no longer having access to my teacher email address) I emailed Padlet support. Carla answered me the very next morning. She refunded my payment and cancelled the subscription for me. I loved using Padlet in my classroom for many years and I couldn't have asked for better service from the company!
