KRPrompt, effective, great! Prompt, polite, and effective. The issue, which was my fault, was fixed within 3 hours of my submitting a request. I loved Padlet before, and now I love it more. :)

USI had a wonderful response from the… I had a wonderful response from the Padlet support person, Carla, when I recently discovered that I was still paying for Padlet. I inadvertantly missed cancelling my subscription when I retired from teaching a while ago. Since I was unable to cancel it myself (due to no longer having access to my teacher email address) I emailed Padlet support. Carla answered me the very next morning. She refunded my payment and cancelled the subscription for me. I loved using Padlet in my classroom for many years and I couldn't have asked for better service from the company!

USSuper nice Costumer Help, Very helpful service. My experience has been great other than Recently When all of my posts got deleted! I really thing It would be VERY helpful to have an undo button for this action but customer help was super helpful and great!

SGthe support from Padlet team is…Love the after sales support from Padlet!! the support from Padlet team is excellent. thanks to the help of your colleagues who responded to my email for subscription and billing queries. they both helped and responded promptly and completed my requests for preparing our subscription migration from old ones to new ones. and I found it is easy to get the contacts as well as after sales support team to respond for customer care, which is the most important thing for customers I personally believe. Love how nice to work with your team!!

ZAA great resource for learning centres! Such a lovely system with great features, even on the free plan. As a small business with a limited budget, Padlet easily meets the needs I have with regards to parents and student communication.
