Padleteer
USI loved Padlet while teaching my art… I loved Padlet while teaching my art classes! It was great for students to show their work with everyone else. It became like a gallery experience for them to see their beautiful work displayed with everyone else. I asked that students critique 3 works of other students in positive ways.

ITProblem with a Padlet function I had a problem with a Padlet function on my smartphone. I contacted the assistance many times, because it seemed I couldn't solve the problem. The assistance was always very kind and after 6-7 messages and useful advice I could sort everything out!

AUAlmost instant technical support I had a question about administrator access to scheduled posts - what I thought was quite a "niche" question. Not only did I get a response back in under an hour, but Carla had completely understood the issue and had a possible solution (which may not work within my institution's padlet environment, but I appreciated the thought). So: if you're cynical about getting an answer from an online form, doubt no longer - or at least, not when you're using padlet.

GBExcellent customer support! My university has a Backpack licence, and Padlet is embedded in our teaching and learning. It is very popular with staff and students alike, being really easy to use, and full of great features - such as AI. When emailing for help, we have always had excellent customer support, with prompt, really helpful replies from Padlet. They are a very friendly, approachable company - with a truly great platform. Highly recommended.

EGCommunication bringing ideas together is a great idea. It would be great if i can follow up the names of who visited or liked the posts.
