Everything is very clear and what is presently surprising is the fact the emails and calls are answered very quickly. They are at the end of the phone which in 2024 I find great, more companies need to quickly go back to a more traditional customer service because the human touch cannot be replaced by automation. I would definitely use again and recommend without hesitation. Thank you!

Thanks Hazel alert me ahead of time Hazel was very understanding. Due to our flight change, we have to look at options because we will arrive when they are closed. Thanks Hazel for letting me know we would have to wait until 6am to pick up the car. We would have assumed we could get the car around midnight or a little after. I am glad to know ahead of time, so we can look at options.
