PROMISES FEATURES THEY DO NOT HAVE Teletrac promised features on their cameras that they do NOT have. The cameras cannot provide live view. I have old cameras in my taxis that are 6 years old that track my vehicles better. I have written and called over 10 times combined for 2 months now with no resolution. Their tracking system is very delayed as well. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY! USE Linxqup

Cesar Franco was super helpful Cesar Franco was super helpful in resolving the confusing issue we had with case number 1295491. We had a mix up in serial numbers and installed a wrong camera and Cesar was able to back track communications and resolve the issue. Many thanks to Cesar.
