They do nothing to live up to their contract, provide a “service” that is worthless, and will do nothing to rectify the problems that abound in their software and hardware. They will, however, refuse to let you out of the contract they have not for ONE SINGLE DAY lived up to, but instead will bait and switch the contract to add to the time they will steal your money.
