GBCeasar LISTENED to my issues!! Ceasar LISTENED to my issues!!! I have tried for 2 mths to get help with this issue and was told to call this number, email this person and NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON RESPONDED. Ceasar not only fixed my issue, he found other issues on my acct & fixed those. He should be given a raise, name on newsletter and someone buy his lunch for a month!!

GBCesar Franco was super helpful Cesar Franco was super helpful in resolving the confusing issue we had with case number 1295491. We had a mix up in serial numbers and installed a wrong camera and Cesar was able to back track communications and resolve the issue. Many thanks to Cesar.

GBWhat hasn’t gone wrong What hasn’t gone wrong? Teletrac as a company are scam artists and thieves. They do nothing to live up to their contract, provide a “service” that is worthless, and will do nothing to rectify the problems that abound in their software and hardware. They will, however, refuse to let you out of the contract they have not for ONE SINGLE DAY lived up to, but instead will bait and switch the contract to add to the time they will steal your money.
