AUAnnual problem renewing my subscription Before renewing I requested confirmation that my subscription would be automatically renewed using my current registered credit card. I was advised that you have my current credit card on file and renewal would be automatic. On the renewal date I received an email stating 'This is a notice to remind you that you have an invoice due on 2024/03/22. We tried to bill you automatically but were unable to because we don't have your credit card details on file". I then had to yet again manually renew using the credit card you have on file.

Changing server locations to maintain service from US based streaming providers is a bit complicated and requires some knowledge of routers; that process could be improved to make it a simple click function... ZAI love the multiple country options as… I love the multiple country options as well as the multiple device sign in. Then in, it is fast and a steady connection when it is successfully running. The only downside is that, from time-to-time, it fails to assign an IP address. This can be frustrating in a pinch. To solve it, I sometimes end up restarting the application several times or, when that doesn't work, I restart my laptop.
