AUAnnual problem renewing my subscription Before renewing I requested confirmation that my subscription would be automatically renewed using my current registered credit card. I was advised that you have my current credit card on file and renewal would be automatic. On the renewal date I received an email stating 'This is a notice to remind you that you have an invoice due on 2024/03/22. We tried to bill you automatically but were unable to because we don't have your credit card details on file". I then had to yet again manually renew using the credit card you have on file.

AEStong connection and very stable Stong connection and very stable. However, when help is needed, their customer service is sub-standard My other devise is an iPhone, where connection is till not possible.

NOVery good and reliable service, use live chat I always use the live chat, most of the time this gets the issue resolved. I have given 4 out of five, as sometimes going through arduous tests, the conclusion have been you need to reset your servers in the UK
