I was actually optimistic using their… I was actually optimistic using their services for my rust server. Unfortunately, when I tried it, the server was marked as running but nobody could connect to it. They get stuck on either the asset warmup, or negotiating connection screen. Too bad, I really liked their pricing. I was planning to get a vanilla and modded server.

Every time I had a question or needed help with anything related to the hosting or the payment, a staff member reached to me in less than 3 minutes. Perfect I had recently changed to sparked host due to having the worst experience with another host I was using. Sparked had been almost perfect. Servers are great and smooth , support when I needed it was almost instant and very helpful and that client itself is extremely easy to use. Clear information and Friendly Clear information and a high degree of control made this a great host. I only left as a result of migrating to on-site hosting. Their customer service was friendly and responsive when I wanted to cancel my account. Highly recommend.

Its Good And Server run fine! Customer service was a little bad at first, the ticket dont generate but the live chat is a lot more helpful! its cheep for everything it offers. The helpers Niranjan and Kevin Helped a lot!
