Ignore the recent reviews Justin is a great rep. While there was an honest mistake with a coupon code that was shared too widely, you still did a good job handling the situation. Ignore the recent 1-star reviews. They were trying to take advantage of an open $100 coupon with no minimum spend that circulated to one of Australia’s largest bargain sites, with thousands of orders coming out as $0. This resulted in orders being cancelled - completely understandable. Keep up the good work!

There are several places where lists… There are several places where lists and drop down lists are not in alphabetical order. It would be very helpful if they were or option to sort by different columns. Example: Under All People Groups and Households are alphabetical but All People is not. Nor is there way to sort by a column. I am learning the rest. Thanks

I did a ton of research on online… I did a ton of research on online giving platforms for our church, and consistently found Tithe.ly to exceed all the other programs for many reasons. We love their low fees and that they do not hassle us with sales calls like some other platforms out there. Tithe.ly is easy to use and has exponentially increased our giving.

Need for Transparency- Time Commitment and Refunds As the leader of a small nonprofit, we were eager to use a platform that we thought would give us a one stop for many different functions we currently use through separate platforms. Going in, we did not understand how much time and work would go into trying to build the website and transfer data. After going through an incredibly difficult period and not accessing any of the tools in our subscription, we were denied a refund. Tithe.ly did respond to our review and provided support. They do not track individual use on their platform, so it is important, if you are overwhelmed and not able to implement the tools, don't wait to cancel or reach out for help. It is not standard procedure for Tithe.ly to provide refunds. Hopefully, Tithe.ly will make sure to provide this information to future customers. Make sure you have the bandwidth to use the tools, or start slow.

Great Addition Honestly, Tithe.ly has been a great addition to our church profile. Our online giving has increased, and the church app has helped us get announcements out to the congregation and also given us the opportunity to put sermon outlines up for anyone with the app.
