The software does a great job pulling… The software does a great job pulling in all the info that is supported. It easy using their template uploading csv. I find it easy to navigate. It is very fast.I just wish there were more tutorials up to date on how to fix common problems the community is having and put them on their youtube channel. I wish there was a better faster way to speak with or communiocate with someone to resolve issues. I wish there were more integrations of wallets etc on more chains such as ICP, Cardano, Ergo etc.

Observations. From the eyes of the observer. Efficient personnel for both the daily routine as well as the demands of the day's business. The crew show's that they have been paired with equals to accomplish daily goals in an efficient manner.
