GBleft BUT came back 3 months later I left due to IT glitches in the sytem BUT after reaslisng the grass isnt greener on the other side, I came back 3 months later after an alternative system nearly wrecked my business. I am pleased to say that since coming back there have been no issues.

AUComprehensive practice management software I run a physiotherapy practice that also offers a group fitness component, and we've been using Power Diary as our practice management software for 4 months now. The user interface was easy to pick up and navigate, the ability to create templates for client text/email/notes was super helpful, and there are a whole array of features that make it evident that the product was well thought out, and was designed exactly to meet the day to day needs of a practice. I am looking forward to exploring more features as the practice scales.

ZADecent, but please stop fiddling too much EDIT: the gripes I was experiencing have finally been fixed and the work flow has been greatly improved. I have revised my review and opinion accordingly They have made changes to power diary lately that make it a lot more frustrating to use. I cannot open up notes or the video call functionality in a new tab any longer, even just hovering over a patient appointment slot now pulls up info that blocks visibility, the additional info for an appointment space is now so small I'm always having to scroll Essentially every change in the latest update has been purely cosmetic and then what has changed just adds more clicks for me to achieve the same outcome. They're fiddling with it so much that it's starting to become unusable and an unfriendly platform. Not to mention the persistent ongoing instability with the teleconferencing The issue with inability to open notes in a new tab was brought up to the company and still no change/improvement If you're looking for patient management software I would look elsewhere
