AUComprehensive practice management software I run a physiotherapy practice that also offers a group fitness component, and we've been using Power Diary as our practice management software for 4 months now. The user interface was easy to pick up and navigate, the ability to create templates for client text/email/notes was super helpful, and there are a whole array of features that make it evident that the product was well thought out, and was designed exactly to meet the day to day needs of a practice. I am looking forward to exploring more features as the practice scales.

AUPower Diary are not professional Power Diary market themselves as being created by health 'professionals' for health professionals. In the last month or so, they have made some significant changes to their software, without any consultation whatsoever. They operate very 'professionally' a Facebook group for users to discuss how to use the software etc. and give feedback. In response to these recent changes, numerous users have aired their feedback about it, including myself and - rather than professionally acknowledge it - power diary have systematically removed the posts, stating they are not kind and respectful. Of course, most of them were simply professional feedback and power diary has responded very unprofessionally by claiming that these things hurt people's feelings in the development team. I'm sorry, but if you alter software without consulting the customer base, and they give you feedback, and your feelings are hurt, perhaps you should either: - listen to your customers or - acknowledge that they too will be upset and you will likely lose them.

GBWish I had discovered Power Diary years ago After operating a private practice for three decades, I recently adopted Power Diary into my workflow, a decision I now wish I had made years ago. With a team of 14 staff members, the efficiency gains realized in just six months have been remarkable, saving me an estimated 2 to 3 hours of administrative tasks daily. From the outset, the Power Diary experience has been exceptional. The provision of two personalized one-on-one tutorials, along with consistently responsive and supportive assistance from their team, has been instrumental in seamlessly integrating the platform into our operations. The interface itself is remarkably intuitive, streamlining processes and minimizing the learning curve for both myself and my staff. The automation of email and text reminders has been particularly beneficial, enhancing client communication and reducing the burden of manual follow-up tasks. Additionally, the inclusion of telehealth capabilities within Power Diary has eliminated the need for separate subscriptions to services like Zoom, further optimizing our practice's efficiency and cost-effectiveness. As someone with exacting standards, I can confidently attest to the transformative impact of Power Diary on my practice. It has exceeded my expectations in every regard, earning my unequivocal endorsement. If given the chance, I would wholeheartedly recommend Power Diary to any fellow practitioners seeking to enhance their operational efficiency and client experience. From Teresa Lewis.
