ZADecent, but please stop fiddling too much EDIT: the gripes I was experiencing have finally been fixed and the work flow has been greatly improved. I have revised my review and opinion accordingly They have made changes to power diary lately that make it a lot more frustrating to use. I cannot open up notes or the video call functionality in a new tab any longer, even just hovering over a patient appointment slot now pulls up info that blocks visibility, the additional info for an appointment space is now so small I'm always having to scroll Essentially every change in the latest update has been purely cosmetic and then what has changed just adds more clicks for me to achieve the same outcome. They're fiddling with it so much that it's starting to become unusable and an unfriendly platform. Not to mention the persistent ongoing instability with the teleconferencing The issue with inability to open notes in a new tab was brought up to the company and still no change/improvement If you're looking for patient management software I would look elsewhere

AUAs a new practitioner Power Diary has… As a new practitioner Power Diary has been easy to use making life a lot easier, time for clients rather than struggling through admin is a bonus in busy times.

AUGood Quality Power Diary is responsive to my needs as a Nurse Practitioner sole trader. It is secure, I can message clients, and make Medicare claims. Power Diary does not support prescription writing or escripts

AUPower Diary are not professional Power Diary market themselves as being created by health 'professionals' for health professionals. In the last month or so, they have made some significant changes to their software, without any consultation whatsoever. They operate very 'professionally' a Facebook group for users to discuss how to use the software etc. and give feedback. In response to these recent changes, numerous users have aired their feedback about it, including myself and - rather than professionally acknowledge it - power diary have systematically removed the posts, stating they are not kind and respectful. Of course, most of them were simply professional feedback and power diary has responded very unprofessionally by claiming that these things hurt people's feelings in the development team. I'm sorry, but if you alter software without consulting the customer base, and they give you feedback, and your feelings are hurt, perhaps you should either: - listen to your customers or - acknowledge that they too will be upset and you will likely lose them.

AUCould not be happier with the platform Power Diary makes the day-to-day running of my practice so easy. We have gone from one practitioner to now having three; everyone can use it with only a few clicks. It was easy to implement into our practice, and as a bonus, it links with Xero, so our accounts always have up-to-date information. I'm on Power Diary six days a week with our practice, and only once have I had to reach out to customer support.
