The most amazing support team ever! The most amazing support team ever! I have never experienced such quick and amazing support team as the team at MelonCube. They were quick and informative with all of their answers, and also managed to intervene and sort things out for me on their end when I couldn't do it myself! Thomas P was amazing, they worked with me for over 5 hours straight to ensure I got what I needed! Worth every penny! I even did a test and messaged other support teams on other sites to compare their response time and they were all over 2hours! longest MelonCube took was 30minutes and that's when they were sorting something out for me. Can not recommend them enough, especially Thomas P :)

Good, but experienced a nasty crash The website says "Many hosts make bold "claims" about uptime, but usually, this is just marketing and promotion. Uptime is something that we're absolutely fanatical and extremely proud about.", so it's a bit ironic that after only a few days of playing on the server, there was a major crash that resulted in ~3 hours of downtime. Plus several more hours of lost progress due to rolling back to an earlier state. But we were compensated for this and other than that, the server has been working fine :)

First impressions My experience with Meloncube has been positive so far. I haven't been here for long, but I was welocmed with open arms (which I truly appreciate). As a partner, nobody has used my link yet, but I am learning to become a youtuber, that way, maybe, I can benefit both sides if I do manage to get an audience. I can't wait to see what I can do as a partner in the future.

Not bad tbh I have a 6GB server that averages 3-5 players, is fully modded, and has a lot of chunks loaded in. All in all, the lag is (understandably) horrible and it crashes every few hours regardless of how many people are online. I reckon without mods it would run perfectly LMAO. Also, everything is easy to use, I wish there were a bit more tutorials to follow or tips on how to make everything run smoother without buying a larger/new server. Not bad.

Host a server with Meloncube and you won’t regret it. I will rave about MelonCube until the day I die. They are genuinely such an amazing host and has been so incredibly helpful and patient with me when it’s come to troubleshooting. I’m not a big tech guy, but they are always happy to help and explain things to me. Even when I switched from the old host I was using, who were very difficult to work with and was charging me waaaaaay to much to host my server, they helped me transfer my server so that I wouldn’t lose anything. And this time, even when the problem was my own incompetence, they were helping me try to find solutions and never once made me feel like I was annoying them. And when I figured out what I did wrong, they never made me feel stupid. They are also super affordable, which I am incredibly grateful for. If you are wanting to start an SMP, USE MELONCUBE!!! 1000000/10 would recommend. Genuinely, they have helped me so much. The KillerSMP thanks you MelonCube!
