PHPerfect server host!! Meloncube support has always been super helpful and always replies so quickly when it comes to any concerns I have. I've never had issues with this host from server lag, server management, server uptime, costs, etc. They've made everything really easy to figure out. They're great!

GBThe most amazing support team ever! The most amazing support team ever! I have never experienced such quick and amazing support team as the team at MelonCube. They were quick and informative with all of their answers, and also managed to intervene and sort things out for me on their end when I couldn't do it myself! Thomas P was amazing, they worked with me for over 5 hours straight to ensure I got what I needed! Worth every penny! I even did a test and messaged other support teams on other sites to compare their response time and they were all over 2hours! longest MelonCube took was 30minutes and that's when they were sorting something out for me. Can not recommend them enough, especially Thomas P :)

GBMeloncube: A Reliable, Trustworthy Provider I've used Meloncube for plenty of my servers, and they've always been incredible! Between the expedient reply times, the friendly and helpful staff, and their reliable hardware I couldn't ask for a better provider. They even helped to save a friend of mines server when he had it up by increasing his uptime from 85% to a near 100% uptime!

GBBEST Server host, with GREAT customer support! I've been using MelonCube's services for Java Minecraft servers for 3+ years now. Whether it has been servers for friends, commercial servers, or just for me to mess around with, they have done an excellent job. MelonCube offers fair prices for high quality servers. If there's another server that's cheaper, I would still rather go with MelonCube for the simple reason that they have the most high quality support I've ever had the chance to use. Their staff help you in usually less than 30 minutes, and will usually be okay with helping you with stuff that they probably should have no part in. I've had many cases where they help me setup plugins, or even just discuss/help research ways I could solve issues.

EEGood, but experienced a nasty crash The website says "Many hosts make bold "claims" about uptime, but usually, this is just marketing and promotion. Uptime is something that we're absolutely fanatical and extremely proud about.", so it's a bit ironic that after only a few days of playing on the server, there was a major crash that resulted in ~3 hours of downtime. Plus several more hours of lost progress due to rolling back to an earlier state. But we were compensated for this and other than that, the server has been working fine :)
