They were quick and informative with all of their answers, and also managed to intervene and sort things out for me on their end when I couldn't do it myself! Thomas P was amazing, they worked with me for over 5 hours straight to ensure I got what I needed! Worth every penny! I even did a test and messaged other support teams on other sites to compare their response time and they were all over 2hours! longest MelonCube took was 30minutes and that's when they were sorting something out for me. I've been using these guys for years I've been using these guys for years, only ever with smaller modded servers for my friend group. They are always well priced at around $3 per gb. Where they really shine is their support. Easy to fill out tickets and I've never waited over an hour or two for a reply even at 3am central time. I always recommend them and will continue to do so.
