They are genuinely such an amazing host and has been so incredibly helpful and patient with me when it’s come to troubleshooting. I’m not a big tech guy, but they are always happy to help and explain things to me. Even when I switched from the old host I was using, who were very difficult to work with and was charging me waaaaaay to much to host my server, they helped me transfer my server so that I wouldn’t lose anything. And this time, even when the problem was my own incompetence, they were helping me try to find solutions and never once made me feel like I was annoying them.
