MQThe BuddyBoss product is quite fine The BuddyBoss product is quite fine. And about my last technical-financial ticket, I was obliged to be very insistent to obtain a minimal result. That's why I'm not giving five stars. It took nearly 3 weeks to solve a commercial problem that could be solved in minutes. It's really a shame to enhance the product while, in the meantime, commercial error is downgrading the reputation.

GBSupport staffer went above and beyond… Support staffer went above and beyond to pinpoint the source of a layout problem, document and explain it thoroughly (as it turns out it wasn't even BuddyBoss causing the issue).

CYFast and friendly Although I still don't know what exactly caused the problem, the support itself was good. Staff responded very fast, gave clear instructions, was friendly and provided a solution (kind of a workaround) within a very short timeframe.

GBBuddyBoss - excellent software with excellent support The BuddyBoss Theme, Platform and App are well engineered, high-quality, and easy to use solutions. And their support is always fantastic, super helpful and quick to respond in the rare event that they are needed (and most often for issues that were not even caused by their software). I highly recommend any BuddyBoss product. Our company has been using them for the last three or four years. We're very happy.
