Back and forth with them and Beaver Builder- BuddyBoss said it was BeaverBuilder's fault and they had to fix it. Beaver Builder said no and actually had documentation on who was responsible. Beaver Builder fixed Buddy Boss's code. That is the only reason my site is running currently. And do you think I am looking for a canned LMS system where I don't have to worry about theme vs plugin compatibility? Well after 5 years, I do now. And their support sent me an email for the complaint department that doesn't even work?? It is now day 6 since my site went down and someone is finally getting back to me but has not fixed anything. Do not invest in this platform unless you want a huge headache and to lose thousands of dollars in business.

That's why I'm not giving five stars. It took nearly 3 weeks to solve a commercial problem that could be solved in minutes. It's really a shame to enhance the product while, in the meantime, commercial error is downgrading the reputation.
