BuddyBoss - excellent software with excellent support The BuddyBoss Theme, Platform and App are well engineered, high-quality, and easy to use solutions. And their support is always fantastic, super helpful and quick to respond in the rare event that they are needed (and most often for issues that were not even caused by their software). I highly recommend any BuddyBoss product. Our company has been using them for the last three or four years. We're very happy.

The problem was a corrupted data base The problem was a corrupted data base. This is certainly not BuddyBosses problem yet they restructured my data base which I think is beyond the call of duty so thanks to the team particularly Sahib who did the grunt works. Thanks folks

Responsive and Takes Initiative BB support is always responsive and takes initiative to sovle any of my issues quickly. This doesn't go unnoticed and is appreciated.

Fast and friendly Although I still don't know what exactly caused the problem, the support itself was good. Staff responded very fast, gave clear instructions, was friendly and provided a solution (kind of a workaround) within a very short timeframe.
