That's why I'm not giving five stars. It took nearly 3 weeks to solve a commercial problem that could be solved in minutes. It's really a shame to enhance the product while, in the meantime, commercial error is downgrading the reputation.

Fast and friendly Although I still don't know what exactly caused the problem, the support itself was good. Staff responded very fast, gave clear instructions, was friendly and provided a solution (kind of a workaround) within a very short timeframe.

Amazing Company - Great App Amazing Company. I have been using BB for one Year including the App and i am very happy. Of course building a WP Community on your own is challenging sometimes, the support has always been there for me :)
