Fast and friendly Although I still don't know what exactly caused the problem, the support itself was good. Staff responded very fast, gave clear instructions, was friendly and provided a solution (kind of a workaround) within a very short timeframe.

Great help from Shagor Ahmed I had some issues with TutorLms and BuddyBoss not working correctly and after a few short messages Shagor Ahmed was able to help me resolve it and show me how to resolve it in the future myself with a very helpful video! Thank you so much! :)

Love our BuddyBoss Groups! Our community site uses BuddyBoss Groups. For posting messages and images and giving likes and comments it's great for us! The system sends users an email when someone responds to their post, which is overwhelmingly appreciated but they can also unsubscribe.

Do not use this company unless you want… Do not use this company unless you want to get a ton of membership people on your site and have your site go down for 5 days due to a theme code problem. Back and forth with them and Beaver Builder- BuddyBoss said it was BeaverBuilder's fault and they had to fix it. Beaver Builder said no and actually had documentation on who was responsible. Beaver Builder fixed Buddy Boss's code. That is the only reason my site is running currently. And do you think I am looking for a canned LMS system where I don't have to worry about theme vs plugin compatibility? Well after 5 years, I do now. And their support sent me an email for the complaint department that doesn't even work?? It is now day 6 since my site went down and someone is finally getting back to me but has not fixed anything. Do not invest in this platform unless you want a huge headache and to lose thousands of dollars in business.

My amazing experience with BussyBoss So far a great experience using BussyBoss to create an entrepreneurial community that helped emerging founders launch business ideas within 90 days in African markets. The platform and additional plugins made it easy for me to handle all the incubation and acceleration programs while building in public. However, I found the mobile App version to be a bit expensive at this time. But who knows, maybe it will become more affordable in the future. Keep up the amazing work!
