The support is always knowledgeable and really available 24/7. BuddyBoss platform, platform pro and theme are frequently updated to resolve any found bugs as well as adding new exciting features. I am glad that i bought this product and have a lifetime license. GBDo not use this company unless you want… Do not use this company unless you want to get a ton of membership people on your site and have your site go down for 5 days due to a theme code problem. Back and forth with them and Beaver Builder- BuddyBoss said it was BeaverBuilder's fault and they had to fix it. Beaver Builder said no and actually had documentation on who was responsible. Beaver Builder fixed Buddy Boss's code. That is the only reason my site is running currently. And do you think I am looking for a canned LMS system where I don't have to worry about theme vs plugin compatibility? Well after 5 years, I do now. And their support sent me an email for the complaint department that doesn't even work?? It is now day 6 since my site went down and someone is finally getting back to me but has not fixed anything. Do not invest in this platform unless you want a huge headache and to lose thousands of dollars in business.

GBGreat support people Great support people. Very attentive and helpful and quick to respond. We launched a new community site that includes an app. This was a major first-time undertaking for us, and we couldn't have done it without the expertise and patience determination we found in the support team at Buddyboss. These guys and gals are good!

AUThe problem was a corrupted data base The problem was a corrupted data base. This is certainly not BuddyBosses problem yet they restructured my data base which I think is beyond the call of duty so thanks to the team particularly Sahib who did the grunt works. Thanks folks
