GBSupport staffer went above and beyond… Support staffer went above and beyond to pinpoint the source of a layout problem, document and explain it thoroughly (as it turns out it wasn't even BuddyBoss causing the issue).

GBDo not use this company unless you want… Do not use this company unless you want to get a ton of membership people on your site and have your site go down for 5 days due to a theme code problem. Back and forth with them and Beaver Builder- BuddyBoss said it was BeaverBuilder's fault and they had to fix it. Beaver Builder said no and actually had documentation on who was responsible. Beaver Builder fixed Buddy Boss's code. That is the only reason my site is running currently. And do you think I am looking for a canned LMS system where I don't have to worry about theme vs plugin compatibility? Well after 5 years, I do now. And their support sent me an email for the complaint department that doesn't even work?? It is now day 6 since my site went down and someone is finally getting back to me but has not fixed anything. Do not invest in this platform unless you want a huge headache and to lose thousands of dollars in business.

MQThe BuddyBoss product is quite fine The BuddyBoss product is quite fine. And about my last technical-financial ticket, I was obliged to be very insistent to obtain a minimal result. That's why I'm not giving five stars. It took nearly 3 weeks to solve a commercial problem that could be solved in minutes. It's really a shame to enhance the product while, in the meantime, commercial error is downgrading the reputation.

GBImpressed by the support Fantastic. Rezwan reassured me that he understood the issue I was having and stayed with it till the end. Impressed by the clarity of explanation about what was happening and why. Have never raised a ticket with buddy boss before and I was impressed with the support I got.
