I had an issue with purchasing the 5,000GB/10,000 IPs pool plan, and customer support helped me solving it pretty quickly (P.S. The issue was in my bank). In addition, nice and usefull dashboard with easy proxy integration.

If it fits your needs - its the best. Good: Proxies are very stable. Price is the best on the market. Nice UI. Bad: Some functions seems not implemented: a) upgrade plan = close existing and star new one. b) not possible to have several plans under one account. No datacenter proxies for some countries.
