I had an issue with purchasing the 5,000GB/10,000 IPs pool plan, and customer support helped me solving it pretty quickly (P.S. The issue was in my bank). 10/10 would recommend I've been a paying customer for about 6 months now. Never faced any issues with them. Proxies are pretty much always up and running :) Only faced issues twice where some bad proxies weren't getting auto-replaced by the system.
