Sadly it is lacking in one area. My company works on vehicles that includes the air conditioning system, I can't get coil cleaner shipped as its a liquid or spray. This reduces the effectiveness of using Ipostal1. ( ADVICE : Maybe a storage area in the rear of the store storage could be used ? ) Coil cleaner is non toxic, environmentally safe. Maybe in the future a list of liquids allowed like: non aerosols, non toxic, environmentally safe, items would be allowed ? Like liquid coil cleaner, face creams, face cleaner etc... Non flammable.

Easy, simple, straightforward Website and app are easy to use, the Associate that helped me on-site was knowledgeable and helpful. Very easy process to pick up my mail, I wasn’t sure how the process would go.

IPostal has been a huge lifesaver for me so packages and mail arent going to old addresses. Everything is safe and secure and going to the same place. The staff at the Qwik Pack and Ship where the PMB is located are also amazing and extremely helpful. A little expensive but it really is a great service to have in my living situation.

Reliable mail service is invaluable! With iPostal1, the sign up process was very easy and efficient! They always answer the phone when I have called and have answered my chat questions. I was able to actually go to the store and speak with the people that work there so I trust it a lot more now that I know there are people I can talk to, unlike some other mail services I have tried. I really appreciate this service so far and changed my monthly service to a year because having a reliable mail service while traveling, or anytime, is invaluable!

Awesome Service Affordable, convenient and ease of viewing items on their portal prior to picking up your mail. You can discard unwanted items for free. Friendly staff. The PO Box is an ACTUAL address, so applying for jobs or credit gives you a specific location.
