AUslow or doesn't work Your representative refused to accept that you have a problem with socks5. I pointed him to your own community site which has many posts about this problem but he insisted I only talk about my specific problem. He then offered me a premium socks5 package which in itself admits that your basic package is not working. I also need to be able to VPN to the UK for iPlayer which is an extra cost which is free with other VPN's. Using your VPN for torrenting is causes very slow connections and slow downloads. So overall I find your product is slow or doesn't work

GBGood Tech Support I rated this based upon interaction with Tech support. I've had several issues with this service disconnecting at random times over a one-year span. Since the service is great when properly working, I haven't replaced Torguard. It works for me no matter where I travel, to watch the programs I like. A few issues are: 1. Tech Support doesn't respond immediately, but when they do, they make sure and rectify issues. I have found them to be courteous and helpful with answering questions and making sure service is restored. 2. My IP server had to be replaced several times due to connection speeds or the connection itself abruptly dropping. That process each time has taken several hours from disconnect, to support staff interaction, to service restoral. It can take a while, so I don't like that down time. 3. I have found the iOS app shuts down (for my devices) after 24hrs online and internet connection halted until connected to a different server location or software turned off. Not all locations work or can be connected to. *The date of experience is not solely based on that one day/date but on overall for the past year.
