The Cloud 9 of VPN's The design/interface/menus are simplistic and straightforward. Overcomplicating things and overwhelming experiences are not what customers want in a VPN and this is what your competitors seem to do. This is why I love TorGuard and I'm sure other customers feel this exact same way as I do. You don't have a big messy disorganized VPN it is elegant, neat, organized and gorgeous to look at.

bypassing from Iran with Torguard 1- I am from Iran and there are few services that can bypass the filtering of the Islamic regime, Torguard does it! 2- It has different services like SSH,V2RAY and Web Proxy Network; so we have many choices to use. 3- Torguard has amazing support team which is answering your problem 24/7. 4- Considering the great service and the number of devices that can be connected, it has a reasonable price. 5- It has advanced features called "Find Clean IP" that I have not seen in any other VPN service! just Torguard. 6- It is constantly improving itself. 7- Many other reasons that made me choose Torguard again! thank you Torguard!

Good Tech Support I rated this based upon interaction with Tech support. I've had several issues with this service disconnecting at random times over a one-year span. Since the service is great when properly working, I haven't replaced Torguard. It works for me no matter where I travel, to watch the programs I like. A few issues are: 1. Tech Support doesn't respond immediately, but when they do, they make sure and rectify issues. I have found them to be courteous and helpful with answering questions and making sure service is restored. 2. My IP server had to be replaced several times due to connection speeds or the connection itself abruptly dropping. That process each time has taken several hours from disconnect, to support staff interaction, to service restoral. It can take a while, so I don't like that down time. 3. I have found the iOS app shuts down (for my devices) after 24hrs online and internet connection halted until connected to a different server location or software turned off. Not all locations work or can be connected to. *The date of experience is not solely based on that one day/date but on overall for the past year.
