I think I’ve only had one bad experience where they weren’t off the bad willingly to switch the VPN plan. Other than that, never had a bad experience.

He then offered me a premium socks5 package which in itself admits that your basic package is not working. I also need to be able to VPN to the UK for iPlayer which is an extra cost which is free with other VPN's. Using your VPN for torrenting is causes very slow connections and slow downloads. So overall I find your product is slow or doesn't work
