AUslow or doesn't work Your representative refused to accept that you have a problem with socks5. I pointed him to your own community site which has many posts about this problem but he insisted I only talk about my specific problem. He then offered me a premium socks5 package which in itself admits that your basic package is not working. I also need to be able to VPN to the UK for iPlayer which is an extra cost which is free with other VPN's. Using your VPN for torrenting is causes very slow connections and slow downloads. So overall I find your product is slow or doesn't work

Good separation of network ------ The negative point maybe killing you is boring applications The UI of app doesn't changed after a year and it's somehow old After a year of using, I choose it again absolutely
