Good Tech Support I rated this based upon interaction with Tech support. I've had several issues with this service disconnecting at random times over a one-year span. Since the service is great when properly working, I haven't replaced Torguard. It works for me no matter where I travel, to watch the programs I like. A few issues are: 1. Tech Support doesn't respond immediately, but when they do, they make sure and rectify issues. I have found them to be courteous and helpful with answering questions and making sure service is restored. 2. My IP server had to be replaced several times due to connection speeds or the connection itself abruptly dropping. That process each time has taken several hours from disconnect, to support staff interaction, to service restoral. It can take a while, so I don't like that down time. 3. I have found the iOS app shuts down (for my devices) after 24hrs online and internet connection halted until connected to a different server location or software turned off. Not all locations work or can be connected to. *The date of experience is not solely based on that one day/date but on overall for the past year.

Great service Great service (VPN) side and great customer service. TorGuard is a very user friendly VPN with robust features. The customer service is always quick to respond and helpful. I think I’ve only had one bad experience where they weren’t off the bad willingly to switch the VPN plan. Other than that, never had a bad experience.

I feel secure and protected with… I feel secure and protected with Torguard running. The latency or degradation is less severe than other VPN's I have used in the past. The downside is when there are occasional slow connections or when I have to reboot to make connection.

I still can't get the app to work… I still can't get the app to work properly. When I try to download a torrent or anything else it just doesn't download. I put it in request once about the problem. And i received no response back.
