GBIt was good when it worked It was good when it worked, which was hardly ever. When it did work, I was able to go on some websites that block vpns occasionally with them not working but that’s not what I meant by the title. 80% of the time with the vpn active it was always reconnecting over and over or it would just be stuck on an endless connecting loop and wifi was completely unusable with it. It was on every single device I have, on every single network I’ve been on, it always did that. I had the 3 year plan and I only stuck with it for a couple months before I just bought something else that actually worked and was usable. 2 years and 9 months of my subscription I did not use. I would not recommend this vpn service to anyone.

GBTorGuard is awesome TorGuard is awesome. Only minor issues over the years and they were corrected immediately. Great product.

GBI feel secure and protected with… I feel secure and protected with Torguard running. The latency or degradation is less severe than other VPN's I have used in the past. The downside is when there are occasional slow connections or when I have to reboot to make connection.

GBGood Tech Support I rated this based upon interaction with Tech support. I've had several issues with this service disconnecting at random times over a one-year span. Since the service is great when properly working, I haven't replaced Torguard. It works for me no matter where I travel, to watch the programs I like. A few issues are: 1. Tech Support doesn't respond immediately, but when they do, they make sure and rectify issues. I have found them to be courteous and helpful with answering questions and making sure service is restored. 2. My IP server had to be replaced several times due to connection speeds or the connection itself abruptly dropping. That process each time has taken several hours from disconnect, to support staff interaction, to service restoral. It can take a while, so I don't like that down time. 3. I have found the iOS app shuts down (for my devices) after 24hrs online and internet connection halted until connected to a different server location or software turned off. Not all locations work or can be connected to. *The date of experience is not solely based on that one day/date but on overall for the past year.
