I feel secure and protected with… I feel secure and protected with Torguard running. The latency or degradation is less severe than other VPN's I have used in the past. The downside is when there are occasional slow connections or when I have to reboot to make connection.

Good Tech Support I rated this based upon interaction with Tech support. I've had several issues with this service disconnecting at random times over a one-year span. Since the service is great when properly working, I haven't replaced Torguard. It works for me no matter where I travel, to watch the programs I like. A few issues are: 1. Tech Support doesn't respond immediately, but when they do, they make sure and rectify issues. I have found them to be courteous and helpful with answering questions and making sure service is restored. 2. My IP server had to be replaced several times due to connection speeds or the connection itself abruptly dropping. That process each time has taken several hours from disconnect, to support staff interaction, to service restoral. It can take a while, so I don't like that down time. 3. I have found the iOS app shuts down (for my devices) after 24hrs online and internet connection halted until connected to a different server location or software turned off. Not all locations work or can be connected to. *The date of experience is not solely based on that one day/date but on overall for the past year.

The Cloud 9 of VPN's The design/interface/menus are simplistic and straightforward. Overcomplicating things and overwhelming experiences are not what customers want in a VPN and this is what your competitors seem to do. This is why I love TorGuard and I'm sure other customers feel this exact same way as I do. You don't have a big messy disorganized VPN it is elegant, neat, organized and gorgeous to look at.

Great service and product I have been using TorGuard for years now and every time I've had to contact them for any technical problem, they have immediately been there to help me resolve the issue. Aside from a few problems over the years that I've needed help and advice on, their service works great and is fast. I highly recommend them.
