Overcomplicating things and overwhelming experiences are not what customers want in a VPN and this is what your competitors seem to do. He then offered me a premium socks5 package which in itself admits that your basic package is not working. I also need to be able to VPN to the UK for iPlayer which is an extra cost which is free with other VPN's. Using your VPN for torrenting is causes very slow connections and slow downloads. So overall I find your product is slow or doesn't work
