Cheap and Efficient Domains are priced cheaply, haven't encountered any issues thus far. Nice tutorials when entering dashboard, but a bit clunky and confusing. Not as suitable for power users.

Invoices aren't sent via email Spaceship seems great so far, but the fact that invoices aren't sent by email is really, really annoying to me. That means Spaceship makes automation much harder than it needs to be for small businesses. I, or rather, my little business, has a plethoa of subscriptions and logging into every site to fetch the invoices ongoing is just plain ridiculous and *should* be 100% unnecessary.
