Worst customer service ever Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. In some points, customer support employees were rude. Also, I’ve had a hell of time verifying my account. They asked for my almost any ID documents I’ve had in my life, I’m combination, to verify my Identity. Never would I recommend. Save yourself time and peace of mind, shop around. Much better alternatives are around.

Domain transfer issues to start with - Good resolution, fixes done, solution completed I had a challenging start while doing domain transfers. It was eventually solved well by the escalation team and they maintained a very high standard in their communication. I'm glad that i got a solution that worked and my domain is now fully visible in their list. I love the ui, which was one of the primary reasons I shifted one of my domains from godaddy.

Excellent Product I've recently been in the market of buying a few domain names for my upcoming business venture. During this process, I discovered Spaceship but I was very hesitant because of the negative reviews online. I then learned that Spaceship was owned by NameCheap, which is (now was) my go to registrar, so I decided to give it a try and I'm very glad that I did. The website is modern throughout and it's very easy to navigate. It makes registering and maintaining a domain incredibly simple. I have not tried the hosting services yet, but I have tried Spacemail and it's just as great, while surprisingly affordable. The only feature that I'd like to see is mobile apps for Spaceship and Spacemail. Other than that, I highly recommend giving Spaceship a shot.

Great customer service I'm a very small customer to them but still they went out of their way to help me resolve the issues I was having with setting up email. Awesome team and top notch communication!
