Domain transfer issues to start with - Good resolution, fixes done, solution completed I had a challenging start while doing domain transfers. It was eventually solved well by the escalation team and they maintained a very high standard in their communication. Way easier than expected! I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth and easy my domain transfer was. I already had my website in a file and it was super easy to just upload it. When I needed to take some action to move to the next step, a little alert popped up for me to read. I have had a little bit of experience so I was able to interpret the messages probably better than a complete beginner, but anything I did not know was easily found on the web. Not a lot of help in the spacehip website yet, but the steps are well covered on the WWW. I have not connected my email yet because the forwarding seems to be working WAY better than it did with my former (huge brand) host.
