No support or even response for purchase that doesn't work Purchased a copy of Dragon NaturallySpeaking 15 after having a computer meltdown. I am paralyzed from the shoulders down, so I needed immediate access. SoftwareCW had a great purchase price, so I purchased and downloaded it on my new computer ASAP. It did not work properly from the word go. I reinstalled it and continued to have the same problems. I reached out to SoftwareCW to ask for support and got no reply. There isn't even an option for a refund but you have open the download. You will never have any idea whether the software works until you open the download, so if it doesn't work, you're screwed, just like I was for $452.60 I will never see again.

Simple download for an excellent product. Simple download and instructions to get this software up and running. My only disappointment is the lack of an option to add a cellphone without buying a new download for that. Otherwise great, just as advertised and finally do not have to use Adobe.

Thank you for not being a scam I almost bought Office software from other online sources but saw reviews online that some were scams. Folks had been sent keys that had already been used from those other companies. Software CW had good reviews and did not disappoint. The software was cheaper than retail prices and works great. Thank you!
