Continued monthly fees to cred card after purchase! I was pleased with the price & ease of downloading Kofax pdf converter software, however they have been charging monthly fees after the fact. I looked back at my order (which I paid upfront) & there is no mention of ongoing monthly fees. I’m not sure how to get these fees stopped! I have no clue what the fees are for! I’m pretty frustrated about this!

I don't actually use the software my… I don't actually use the software my self but install it for other users. The process to purchase and set up the software was easy using this site. It would be good if the software worked better on Windows 10, I have to run it in compatibility mode which complicates the setup.

Great Price and excellant service SoftwareCW had the best price I was able to find while searching online. I ordered the Microsoft Office Pro 2010 - 2PC Download, within 30 minutes I received an email containing the Microsoft product key . Downloaded the software, entered the product key and everything worked perfectly all in less than an hour. I will order again from SoftwareCW when I need additional software.

Beware: Tried to buy Microsoft 365 Personal Tried to buy Microsoft 365 Personal; credit card was charged but no download, no order listed on website, and no response to my email. Second attempt at support email--link non-functional. Poor service or fraud???
