USVagaro customer support is a joke Vagaro customer support is a joke. They been ripping me off for months. When you call customer support they ghost me, hang up, or just plain lie and say problem is fixed. Vagaro is charging me for merchant services I don’t have so I’m paying $60/mo instead of $50/mo. I’m in the process of moving to Square online booking. Update: I did talk to another customer support. She seen all the previous notes. The department who was supposed to fix never fix. She said she would contact department and I would receive an email tell me problem fixed and I’m supposed to receive a refund. At this time I have not received refund or email from Vagaro
