In January I was looking for a new… In January I was looking for a new appointment calendar and spoke with Vagaro and looked at the calendar and decided I would stick with what I have. Months later while I’m on vacation I get a message from a woman that tells me she has an appointment and the door is locked. She tells me she made the appt. on line and I looked on line and realized that Vagaro made an online booking calendar without my permission or consent or knowledge! They said I did have an account and I told them I didn’t do it and I ask them to remove it! They told me they can’t remove it without knowing a security question but I didn’t create it someone else did it and it’s obviously Vagaro! The online calendar they created is full of false info about my business they offer services that I do not do and the price list is outrageous! It’s effecting my business and they still refuse to take it down and they are billing me! Beware and check them out on the BBB they have a 1 and that’s only because you can’t give them the zero they deserve!

I’ve been using Vagaro for 2 years now I’ve been using Vagaro for 2 years now, I can’t even begin to explain the level of support from the team, they’ve spent hours with me helping explain things and help design and set things up for me. The most seamless professional booking system I’ve ever used and the most supportive team. Tom and Jason have been a god send. Couldn’t recommend Vagaro more!

Glitchy money pit I had so many glitches with Vagaro, so many times payments wouldn’t go through and I would have to call clients after their service to charge them. But the worst part was when I decided to switch back to my previous software. I paid the fee (which is a month upfront) and canceled my subscription right after that payment so I wouldn’t be charged another month Even though I paid for the entire month, when you cancel they take your access away to EVERYTHING. I have never experienced this with another booking app, especially since this one is so expensive. I needed to see my reports for sales tax so when I reactivated it they charged me monthly fee. Not the base price, all the add on and everything!!! So essentially I was paying for the same month TWICE. They also have refused to refund me for this. Which is absurd. Terrible customer service, all they care about is money and charge for literally every single feature. I do not recommend, acuity is way cheaper and even offers a free version so when you cancel you can actually still have access to your reports
