Glitchy money pit I had so many glitches with Vagaro, so many times payments wouldn’t go through and I would have to call clients after their service to charge them. But the worst part was when I decided to switch back to my previous software. I paid the fee (which is a month upfront) and canceled my subscription right after that payment so I wouldn’t be charged another month Even though I paid for the entire month, when you cancel they take your access away to EVERYTHING. I have never experienced this with another booking app, especially since this one is so expensive. I needed to see my reports for sales tax so when I reactivated it they charged me monthly fee. Not the base price, all the add on and everything!!! So essentially I was paying for the same month TWICE. They also have refused to refund me for this. Which is absurd. Terrible customer service, all they care about is money and charge for literally every single feature. I do not recommend, acuity is way cheaper and even offers a free version so when you cancel you can actually still have access to your reports

this software from vagaro went to crap… this software from vagaro went to crap and they don't care about the salon by doing updates during the day and when the system crashes on the buzzy day. you cant colect for services and there online is also not working. i have lost revenue because they don't pay for services that cant be collected and vagaro doesn't reimburse for lost income.dont buy into this crap pay more for a reputable company

I am new to the booking site world I am new to the booking site world. I did my research between 4-5 sites. I found Vagaro to be user friendly, affordable, and had the most patience support team. My sales rep, Jeffrey #19256335701 was absolutely amazing - Informative, nice, and willing to go the extra mile!!!

Great transition experience and support I have been hesitant to change companies as I have been in business for years and have tons of information on my current platform. I have been blown away by how easy it was to transition and the amount of support I have received so far from the Vagaro Team! Thank You for making this process that much easy!
